I wonder if this subdued price is the "Flybe effect". IE, people thinking that the price will drop through the floor , in this case for no reason.

Are you sure they have confidence. The big buyers are possibly ramping and will sell very quickly and the small buyers are just having a punt on the back of the possible rampers. Who can say but I would be interested in seeing if this is another Flybe type saga where a buyer comes in with a low offer.
