I too am hoping that there is a slither of a chance of Putin being victim of a palace coup which would end this horror, Give Russia acceptability immediately and sort out the crooks that run pog . That would be a miracle but alas I don't believe in such things. Now Putin is desperate to get this job done so he will order his - I believe reluctant forces to increase the indiscriminate shelling and do what is needed to take over Ukraine. We either go to WWIII or eventually the fighting will stop and the realisation being that Russia has to exist in the international markets. It needs investment in it's country, who in their right mind would invest there if there was a recent history of Russia seizing assets. This war for so many forces involved seems to provide very few images of death and destruction. of course that is good but it tells me that I believe Putin gamboled on the Ukraine leaders to implode very quickly, he also wanted civilian casualties low and be seen as a liberator and friend of the Ukrainian people and his fight was really with their corrupt leaders, also I believe the Russian troops and people want no part of this. All these things in IMHO have conspired to totally slow down any progress in taken over the country and installing a hand picked pro Russian government and Putin has painted himself into a corner of his own design and he becoming increasingly isolated and desperate. I thought surely that can't be it with all those troops, fierce fighting and shelling just this one women . So that's good news this seems to be a very low general population casualty event.
