Hambro apparently was very dignified at last years coup at the board meeting and was given a standing ovation as he remarked that the coup, members didn't have the gu8ts or the decency to show up and its been like that the whole year, why do you defend these people so.

Also I assume the conversion means they are turned into shares which R Banker was talking about where they dilute the current shares by creating more

I wonder who D.E. Shaw & Co will throw their 7.7% behind , last June they voted to oust the BoD, I wander if they'll stick with them. When you look at the share register of notable investors its hard to see who else is backing the present board ?

How do the current boards votes stack up and how much influence will the small time SH have ?

I would have thought 'wilfully blind and sycophantic actually means you know the truth but you are biased as you are ingratiating yourself to a certain party. I'm going to vote for Pavel -unless some startling revelation comes to light because I didn't like the way last years coup took place but I had no choice but to give them a chance, yet they never at anytime reached out to the small investors like us. communication was conspicuous by its absence. I would also point out that the main player/instigator of the coup Renova then ****ed off after ousting the previous board. Now that really says a lot. I have never stopped confessing that most here have more knowledge than me about business and economic practices but my instincts make me distrust the current board based on the last year

Okay I get that, but I guess Pavel's main contention is he was pushing for a sooner than later renegotiation of the debt and not only as that taken of the agenda no one seemed to care for his opinion. Now I guess that's normal we all it democracy where the majority carry the day. However if its the case even though on the agenda but it was by passed then that cannot be right and led to his resignation

The article seems to be implying something was wrong but I really don't know. 1) So is it okay to alter minutes to delay refinancing which was on the agenda? Cos I don't know 2) Is it malpractice for cabs/slevin not to reveal who they are , cos I don't know that one either.
