Just spoke to Boudicca (anything to do with roman abramovich?) and the letter of instruction from the present board is only if you want to vote for them. If you're for resolutions 13 to 23 you have to instruct your broker

That letter we received on Saturday how does it work? It just seems to be telling me to back the present boards instructions yet it want me to sign a paper with no vote choice on it and then send tat to Boudicca Proxy Consultants.
