Surely that all depends up the fact that the previous BOD are found guilty of any impropriety.

Surely even Everest who I believe sell insurance want POG to do well and aren't in it to line individuals pockets, that's how see it anyway.

Are we now of the view that Everest Alliance could be knights in white Amur? They think the last board (hold what board are we on now) not the interim, were not being entirely honest with Everest's and everyone elses shares? Are they really in cahoots with UCG or just allying to remove what they think is a BOD that needs scrutiny. So not so much a coup but more 'Scrutiny on the Bounty'.

But surely in a roundabout way it had everything to do with the BoD changing vote and UGC. I mean why else would everest stick their nose in. By the way who pays the court injunction and the court contest.

I was reacting to copper3 who suggested that. But how did the agm motion to replace the existing bod get by us all.

So if hypothetically the judges decision today is to reinstate the old BoD -is that it?. Or will the egm still hold. As for me I don't recall any mention of the resolutions that were voted on and announced at the AGM. The whole thing seemed to be sneaked in as if open knowledge I'm sure alarm bells would have started started ringing. The morning of the AGM we all seemed to be stunned . I also believe the BoD were stunned and purposely stopped the AGM phone conferencing to buy time to come up with a strategy . The technical hitch excuse was just too convenient.

As you may know it was planned to visit https://www.linkassetservices.com/ tomorrow as I'm up in SE London and they hold POG's share register. Mdunsire was waiting for a response from POG's customer relations but so far I've heard nothing. It must be stressed that I know absolutely sweet FA about such matters. Anyhow as its Wednesday tomorrow I decided to call link assests and spoke to someone working from home. I explained it all and yes an inspection would need to be arranged through POG priorto a visit and a time made , when you get there its a data base and no copies are given, however I'm not clear whether notes can be made but to cut a long story short due to covid links offices are practically empty and no share inspections are being accepted at present. This could change in the coming months and if the court decision goes our way today then we have possibly 3 months to rally the troops. I reality its very data protected as you would know privy information and addresses I would guess of share holders. I would have thought POG has all this info anyway.

So there will be in our opinion no re-vote . I guess there's two things here: one the manner and shock of the BoD dismissal and replacement and secondly the proposed dilution of the shares which would leave us with a much lower SP. But surely those major shareholders will suffer as well if this is the case, unless given more shares for nothing

That's another issue: Shouldn't such radical proposed changes to a BoD be tabled way in advance of the AGM. So when did the previous BoD receive the resolution proposing to give them the elbow? Was it at 11am when the AGM opened and the phone in monitoring failed? Now that was very odd

Are there stock exchange rules on voting regarding such radical BoD replacements. For example can a 1% majority pass the resolution, or does it have to be a certain ratio

Four investors representing 39% of shares tabled a resolution for the AGM wanting to oust the old board and install their own people. They won the vote as there was only 73% turn out. So essentially they did all the right things. However the turn out being low at 73% meant they won the day by 7%. Many of us say we never received any voting options but even if we had we are too small to have changed that vote. So my next question is who didn't vote and why?
At the end of the day though, I can't see what the usurpers did wrong?

Yes I wonder too as there's nothing on the POG website. As for investor relations ; I emailed Max yesterday but no reply to date.

Yep I'm up for it just tell me what I need to do,also I would prefer you made the arrangements as I haven't a clue what I'm talking about. Outside of that I don't mind doing the necessaries.
