Getting back to Pavel. At the time of the March 2020 RNS I don't recall any major dissent on these pages as people were sick of IRC poor track record and that guarantee of debt hanging over the share holders head. I've also been told that the agreement was non binding. There is one criticism that can be leveled at Pavel at the moment and that is did he and the bod know who this stocken was? The bod now don't seem to know or care who stocken is.
Now if Pavel was a free man able to communicate we may get to know the story from his side but all I know is he's been kept out of the way for the AGM and this debacle in in shareholder theft

No I'm surmising it will go to Strukov, Maybe I shouldn't make such unfounded accusations but I some how feel the value of whoever this mysterious benefactor Stoken is, for ten million will get a fantastic return on their money and its more than a coincident that the BOD changes instigated by strukov are the ones making this rash decision and dressing it up as doing POG a favour when in reality he 's probably using that 29.9 % to finance his $500 million debt to Gazprom. Its there chair Akimov who seems to behind whats going on, The so called 'stoken' seems surrounded in mystery. What ever the permutation its evident we the share holders who suffered IRC for a long time are having all future benefits snatched away

Trouble is which 'big time' investors would put their funds into a company which gives its assets away so readily to god knows who. Also a company run by known skullduggerer's in a country seemingly run on skullduggery. Nah it clicked with me today that this is all in aid to run down the perceived value of the company I was told by customer services that 3rd party pox concentrate was being shunned as the mark up was two low at $250, but someone once very high up in the comapany told me this was a lei and the mark up is $350. That also contradicts the recent update saying 3rd party processing was low due to last years shenanigans and contracts not being set up. Nope no one is buying into this nightmare even sova who increased their shares to 3% the other day pulled out again after the IRC announcement

I would add that there is a robbery taking place where the assets (our assets as share holders) are being taken from under our noses and going into private hands, The private hands are the sort of people who have no qualms about wiping out peoples investments as the steal them,In my book they are scum and the world would be a better place without them.
Anyway as Neil Hume says below Stocken is a mystery so its obviously a long term planned robbery. This whole plan to plunder POG has been laid out for years it would seem. Pavel now seems to be possibly involved as he set up the arrangement which to be fair no reacted to in any adverse way at the time of the march 2020 RNS. If we were desperate to be rid if IRC then who would care who Stocken are but over a year on and we can clearly see value in IRC and as a consequence this decision has come as a shock and to use that overused cliche.....a wake up call. But alas I don't know about you but I feel totally helpless and feel the train has now left the station. I should really think seriously think about bailing but thats what the greedy criminal bastards want

The corporate register in Liechtenstein doesn't offer much information.
The Russian press are pointing at someone called Alexey Sizov.
Apparently he is a friend of Nik Lioustiger although I have no evidence of that.
Presumably the company's brokers did some DD on Sizov before agreement all this.

IRC pre march 2020 was a totally different kettle of fish than it is today. These people put Pavel away for supposedly embezzling the the price on a property and here they are robbing the share holders of $90 million, Who are this company that Pavel named. UPG one of my greatest faults is I never read things thoroughly and last week after contacting POG head office (below). I had an immediate response asking if they could speak to me by phone. I took the liberty of passing the response onto someone who should know exactly what's going on. Its only today that I really read their response. They contradicted heads office facts . For example I was told that POG wasn't too keen on taking 3rd party concentrate at 1 $250 per ounce profit margin well the person I've been in contact with immediatly corrected that price saying the profit ratio is $350 per ounce saying that as there is spare capacity in the POX hub its madness not to use it at $350 per ounce profit. This is what my instincts were telling me that there is an attempt to put the brakes on production output all in an attempt to lower the value of the company and its SP in order to buy it out . I've seen one figure of 15b per share, But essentially pog is going to be plundered and we are going to be robbed unless we do something

Freddie its all a carve up .but its a funny one. Usually you buy a stake in a company by buying shares so was that ten million based on the share price? No way

Well Red Rob. Max at head office explained to me last week that pogs relationship with IRC was akin to guaranteeing someone else's mortgage . At the time I didn't think too much about that analogy. But now after yesterdays RNS I realise Max explanation was totally correct for starters we did have a 31% stake. But the key point here was POG's guarantee ever going to be called upon. In March last year IRC was a totally different proposition than it is now it seems to have turned the corner . It reminds me of property insurance where you pay to cover your mortgage basically from scenarios that are so unlikely to happen but you are scared ****less by all the debt and scare mongering. So as I said POG's commitment to under writing IRC was never going to happen and even more so now plus the new profitability of IRC

Well for starters I'm going to write to the Financial Conduct Authority https://www.fca.org.uk/ and suggest those of us who feel this $10 million sale for our 29.9 % holding in IRC is plain wrong to write to them as well
