However at the same time, with the two plants and their own conveyor systems, difficult to get the scale into perspective, I reckon there are around 1 mile or more of travel from start to finish, again difficult to get scale but I estimate 6 bearings per metre, so more than 10,000 bearings in that plant, I imagine they use a temperature gun at night to check them, any large oil bathed bearings will have oil samples taken to check for metal content in their labs, every alignment and noise checked out, adjustments made, they have a lot of staff but still a big job, it will be interesting to see if Bernard/Steve release a weekly update.

I think the geology aspect has been as good as I have ever seen and I think we could have nobody better than Steve working with the plant fabricators and of course the Hainan guy will carry huge experience too.

The mining codes, 2019 and 2023 enable within a set time period to move to the new code and retain some of the benefits of the previous code. The previous code was not by the current government.

Where is your proof of underhand tactics? The codes are clear and the arrest of some mining staff we can't comment on as we don't know what they are involved in.

You pretty much confirmed that Leo tried to sell DSO without the usual permissions and changes, environmental etc.

So therefore you confirm that Leo is completely different to here. I don't think their payment was pitiful at all.

Ganfeng paid the buyout which enabled Leo to repay tax incentives and their shareholders. So it did cost Ganfeng.

Rory regarding the licence after we found the 12 month link from issue of the transfer to the government purchasing their optional share, found last week with cut and paste, it is obvious to all and sundry why it has not been issued and will not be issued until the plant is fully working.

Had we seen this 12 months clause last year we would not have spoken about it again. None of us had seen it.

If you could provide links to the permissions for selling ore from the site and the permissions on site for ore storage loading transportation, drainage etc please?

Why did Ganfeng purchase Leo if the Chinese government is as you say? They paid a lot of cash to a company completely over a barrel.

Badomen the mine has to work that is the biggest risk.

For us if the licence didn't transfer we would have the full mine. We have Nielle to sell if we require cash and could easily raise the difference. Remember we have a mining licence.

But this is complete farce, Hainan is part owned by the Chinese government the notion that the Mali government would cut out the Chinese government when they have built a lithium plant in Hainan province to process the lithium from this mine is nonsense.
