I am sure many read other mining communications and videos, this really is not the usual start for a mine amazing.

They have set the bar very high for their next mine.

Nobby I don't think we will get to stage 2, I think we will be bought out.

If not Nielle taken to maiden value and sold could provide much if not all of this capital. It is just our share of the stage 2 we aren't funding all of it.

Also it is very unclear if the governments and local purchased shares contribute towards capital expenditure, I thought absolutely not, but another consultant article was unclear.

Consolidation just reduces the number of shares, it is just admin. Most companies do do that once their market cap becomes significant. Get away from the penny share tag.

I think they will do a share buy back rather than provide a dividend when the time comes, as that is bog standard on AIM, but we are definitely not at that stage now.

This is the reality stage, forget predictions read the data as the company provides it. Will it run trouble free for a week and what is the output, then week by week if not running full bore how much can they improve.

Everyone seems to have concluded that Suay Chin is selling every share they have.

Where is this evidence?

If there is a buy out offer on Bougouni, neither Suay Chin nor the share price have any relevance to an offer.

Oneandonly, I always just think back to the original figures and plan, had that been followed and the lithium mine did not turn into the monster that it may turn out to be, where would we be?

We would have been hoping for 2p from our original investment.

Nielle would have been developed and sold as would Fatou quite quickly to fund the development of Bougouni, we would probably have had to borrow in addition and we would not be as advanced as we are.

So really I struggle to carry the same amount of negativity as some.

We have no debt, we have kept our two Goldfields 100% ours, we have cash in the bank and the mine is about to produce revenue.

I can only assume that those who are disappointed had rose tinted views of what was going to happen in the original plan or completely lost their minds when lithium briefly rocketed in value.

Oneandonly are they selling everything they hold or reducing their exposure?

If you commissioned the Mona Lisa and it was everything you thought it was going to be, just her ears needed painting in, would you give all of your cash over at that point?

Would you hail it a masterpiece with no ears?

Bernard and his team still have the ears to go on this plant and mine, the face to go on Nielle and little more than a quarter finished canvas on Fatou.

Patience.

Remember, while we are very happy as investors with the team's progress and as investors have faith in them - they have achieved nothing - absolutely zero.

The mine has to produce and be profitable.

Then you have the question of the gold fields - Again we have faith but they have achieved nothing to date.

That does not mean that some of the component parts of Kodal minerals are not worth money. There is no rule that the share price/market cap has to be higher than the value of the component parts if sold.

If that happens once the plant is proven Suay Chin the share price etc etc mean nothing.

It is the valuation including an allowance for NPV which would steer that offer.

So close now, the plant only has to hit the output tonnage range, prove reliability and those payments start rolling in.

Don't get the daily share price obsession, the broker gave a new value, but that was not for a productive paying mine, just an interim revaluation.

Why would it be worth top money after an excellent RNS, but effectively saying nearly there?

We are days or weeks away from full production.

There is no great mystery, when the plant churns out x per month on a regular basis with an absolute minimum earnings of y then the mine has a new valuation.

We aren't at that point, even though it is so close now.

That cut and paste about the 12 months from issue of mining licence for the government to have a buy in option is the reason that the mining licence will not be issued early, wish we had seen that earlier as they obviously wouldn't issue the licence last year.

All we want is to keep the momentum on the mine and plant.

Asher they have, it was in the RNS, but they will likely get it independently tested.

The samples need independent lab confirmation.

The plant needs to be reliable 24/7 and not identify any issues with reliability.

The throughput needs to hit the nameplate as Bernard puts it and provide consistent quality.

We want our first cheque in the bank.

Hainan in China need to receive and be satisfied with the first shipment.

Then we can relax a little more.

But what a job up to this point by everyone.
