In the article with the link they value it at 300m.
Below someone estimates at current and future lithium prices to probably be nearer to 500m.
But remember that is just asset price. Then the income rolling in, 8 gold concessions.

Often it is a 75% sale, 25% retention of ongoing sales and a big cheque. That would be a 225m cheque.

Agree Aspenwood limited on triggering payment and capped at the top, fair enough for shareholders.
The alternative would have been increased fund raising at lower share prices if they had taken their wages. Which would have meant much higher dilution.

Daz423 I was ok with the question until I read his history, I went through a lot of the posts.
Nobody, either a potential investor or an existing shareholder would make those comments.
It is someone playing dumb for one reason or another.
Imagine someone standing next to divers pretending they are interested in diving.
Does that mean you will get wet?
What happens if your air tank fails?
What happens if you surface and the boat is gone?

Worrying for the West. CATL (battery manufacturer) is getting concerned about supply and is buying into a Lithium miner. It is now a trend, there are three we know of.
Our neighbours, shares held in us and CATL.
You have to wonder why they do not spend less and simply get a majority holding in the likes of Kodak the second the licence is granted. Surely if supply is a worry they could do this?

Share options would be a different matter.

I see no problem with that. Shows confidence. The only negative is we have a low market cap relative to the current stage of the company. If the share price had been higher they would have received a lower number of shares.

Agree Daz, with Lithium as high as it is, I will be surprised if they borrow money and retain nearly all of the income from the lithium, a JV with a cheque and no debt could be on the cards. Just depends which way he decides to go.

Yes Daz and now 12m assets. Before gold concession valued at the end of this year or beginning of next year.
The licence will push that up into the 100s of millions. But I think we will have a big cheque before the next accounts close. So some will be in cash the rest as a physical asset.
It is starting to get very real.

As you highlighted, it is night and day between a net profit of 0.5bn our old figure, and 1.78bn based on current sale price of spod.
It will also be night and day between what a JV would have cost on the old figures and the current and predicted spod prices.
JVs and acquisitions are based on multiples of income.
As you point out the rise in spod price is straight onto the bottom line, tripling our income.
A JV is going to cost a lot of money. Even if we retain a high percentage of the ongoing income I still cannot see any deal less than £200m, the more ongoing income we give up the higher the one off payment.
This is my opinion re JV only.
