Mark, I think we will end up with 50% or so going forward. But I am expecting a really big payment and potentially no spend from our side.
Alternatively if Bernie thinks that they are not paying enough we may go it alone. But our net profit will be triple those estimated figures based on the current and future spod price.
It is a gamble for the likes of Garfeng, don't pay the big bucks and risk paying fortunes more down the road. Possibly having not enough supply. Pay too much and they affect their future profitability.
Glad that is not our problem!

St Tropez - yes I agree they will feel that way. In truth though when the negotiations were being done it was a fair price.
We are very fortunate we are not bound to anyone.
I am not sure how the likes of Garfeng are going to cope with deals at the early part of the year at 666 and now over 1k per tonne.
I hope they apply a payment system similar to the mining purchase rebate scheme. That would be in the best interest of all parties.
So maybe an initial payment of 200-300m to buy in, then we have a share of ongoing profits, but an additional payment for each tonne over an agreed price on a sliding scale.
Hopefully someone else does a big deal and sets the scene.
Most CEOs would be dancing round the board room table for 50 dollars extra per tonne as it goes straight onto the bottom line, profit, but 400 dollars plus is amazing.

BCN 391m dollars. Again due to the time the deal was agreed in August. The negotiations will be older and based on lower prices.
Ironically the reason that Kodal could become one of the highest value mines is because of a slow African government.
Would you believe it.
We could do with some more higher priced deals going through so there is an industry adjustment to the amounts of money they will have to pay.
It just shows, sometimes you should not be in a hurry.

Firefinch completed that Garfeng deal in June and must have been negotiating from an earlier date.
Anyone who thinks this delay is bad should think again.
We will get a deal at least 50% better than that one in the current market. We would not sign a deal based on 666 dollars per tonne.
That puts everything into perspective, no wonder Bernie was buzzing.
All arrangements of ours are out of date no ties, but everyone remains interested.
No wonder Garfeng were pleased with their deal.

How fortunate are we, Firefinch did their deal based on 666 dollars per tonne. We may have done the same had it not been for the delay.

MOU RNS 29th January 2020. Mali Lithium now called Firefinch. In case anyone cannot see the connection.

Jkmeans - Firefinch being Mali Lithium who we had a MOU with. I reckon this will be the type of deal we will get. The amount we get dependent on how much we retain and who pays the set up costs.
I reckon we can end up with more net profit, money in the bank and no outlay if we wanted.

Problem is Dicko08, Kodal should have done that, some will think we are talking crap or ramping.
Frustrating.
Same with Mali Lithium now Firefinch, should be all updated on the website.
Still, it is ok for us as we are invested. Difficult for a new investor to fathom out by themselves without a lot of effort.

Crumbles- the price was above this, it is still low. Plus we now have an almost derisked gold concession.
As far as the licence goes it has been approved through each department and is just ready for sign off.
The price should be higher.
I suppose it doesn't help Mali Lithium changing its name to Firefinch etc. Firefinch get a big cheque from Garfeng, but most see no connection to us.
Our site is not updated to show Mali Lithium as Firefinch amongst other items such as lithium price updates to estimated returns.
But does not affect the brilliant position we are currently in.

Traders are fleecing on NNN, used to be RMS. They never learn.
They have managed it about four times so far.

In simple terms, our share price would have to go up 555% to match that figure. But we know those figures are out of date and much lower than today. Lithium has gone up in price. They are working on either 640 or 680 per tonne.
