Daz423, Russia is weak, it is a vast country, but relatively small arms, not a risk to the West, in addition they are smart and would not fight the West.
China is also not a military might, it is also small and relatively weak. They have loads of 'feel good' military numbers in soldiers and other less strategic weaponry. However the stupidity of their leaders, not the people is a concern.
China will undo itself, it needs no help from us. They are unwilling to make changes which enable consumers to continue to purchase their goods. Some Chinese companies have left China and western companies will drift away one by one. If they do not change they will drift back to a third world country.

KmB10 it is going on just down the road from the Kodal site. There is potential to share some facilities. 220,000 tonnes to move each year needs infrastructure. Possibly, there may be a similar joint venture relationship for Kodal.
If nothing else as At Tropez said it shows faith in investing heavily in the same area, for Lithium, and also shows government support for such a project.
This removes more risk from the table for a shareholder.
Another company forging ahead in the same region shows others also see a commercially viable outcome.

What I find amusing is Prem has increased more than this share today, so far. With nothing happening.
Yet all the pieces are falling in to place around this share.
What are people basing their investment decisions on?
Do they not read anything about the locality?

This share is not a fraud or a con, people simply did not bother reading the company history.
It was Strat Aero, originally a good company with good promise in the drone, airport and geological plotting market who's USP was their own software.
Unfortunately they employed a useless CEO who was totally wrong for the job, I realised and cashed in my shares.
But he was even worse than I thought. He spent a fortune on a worthless American company.
The CEO left and after that it was simply disaster recovery. Then along came your mask.
Had it been a new company based round the mask technology and earlier, it may have been much different.
Research is the key, other companies change their names and the share performance vanishes. Look at ffwd and seed, you will see it is a good way to bury bad performance.
