Even worse if the read across was simply 'if Kodal wanted to ever ship ore'.

A company in their game should know better than making a throwaway comment about a company of which they sit on the board. Shareholders are obviously going to assume it is extremely relevant if they thought it was worth a mention.

No other mining company in Mali is currently affected or commenting on anything. So nobody else is affected.

Bernard and Hainan can't comment on the contents of a letter to Leo which they cannot see.

Leo only mentions ore. No other mining company in Mali has issued a statement.

The post on our board which said SP Angel (on Kodal board) said there were implications for us, appears to have been false, no link was provided.

Kodal had no plans to move ore, as you know we are fast build DMS to spodumene production.

Oh dear even though this is all about ore, not spodumene, this will spook the market.

I can't see how other mining companies in Mali can make any comment about this to their own shareholders, because it is unlikely that any other mining company in Mali will have or ever will have plans to ship ore. So meanwhile speculation can run wild.

Leo got the letter one day into shipping ore, so had no choice but to do what they have. Fortunately Leo is cash rich with 10s of millions of dollars in the bank.

Bernard and Hainan will not want to comment on the government, the ore which they do not intend to trade in or Leo.

Interesting to see if we get an RNS. If we do it may just describe the difference between spodumene and ore, then Kodal has no plans to ship ore only spodumene.

Yes Danners I checked all of the big mining players in Mali, there are a lot, Hum up like you say today and none of them with any messages going out to investors today or in the last week.

Whatever it is, it is probably only relevant to Leo Lithium, or potentially anyone who was considering the ore route before plant construction.

Not long to wait the RNS will be out in the morning.

We got this once before and all ended up scrambling about for news, when they did the gold mine audit early 2022.

Very odd HUM is significantly up and not another mining company in Mali is sending out an RNS today or the last three days.

News in Mali is not bad. The mining royalty is just a draft plan. Not in force.

I am not sure what has spooked the market any ideas?
