When I emailed PS about this to understand more a few months ago PS said interpreting data is now one of the biggest growth sectors as there is now far more trial data to be assessed than ever before and companies are looking to out source this to companies like physiomics

The financial year ended 30 June 2024 has seen the Company win contracts outside oncology, in areas such as dermatology, as well as in areas outside its typical translational modelling focus, such as data science and target identification (discovery phase).

Outlook

During the remainder of 2024 we plan to deliver against the near-term corporate goals and set in place the foundations for 2025 and beyond. We believe Long Duration Energy Storage remains critical to increasing the penetration of renewable energy and in advancing the path to net-zero - this is not capable of being achieved by lithium alone. Vanadium flow batteries remain, in our view, the most credible and advanced such alternative and if we can deliver on our corporate goals, the market opportunity remains very significant.

Invinity's executive team has set the following corporate goals to achieve within the next 12 months:

· Ship remaining VS3 orders to support revised 2024 year-end revenue forecasts;

· Launch the Mistral product for general sale before 2024 year-end;

· Close deals from commercial pipeline to support volume ramp in line with forecasts;

· Further advance the production cost reduction programme for the Mistral product and incrementally improve product margins across 2025 and beyond; and

· Review capital allocation across the business and drive operational efficiencies

•         Follow-on contracts with Bicycle Therapeutics, Numab Therapeutics, Merck KGaA and Sheffield University exceeding, in aggregate, £822k

•         Continued operational build of a Biostatistics service line, with the initial appointment of a Head of Biostatistics and then the onboarding of a Principal Biostatistics consultant

Post period end

• Successful completion of a fundraise, with gross proceeds raised of £406,417. Funds were raised to continue driving growth in the business, including the following key activities:

• Recruitment of a Head of Modelling & Simulation: currently in final stages of candidate recruitment

• Continued investment into business development and marketing across Modelling and Biostatistics service lines

• Exploration of strategic opportunities in Biostatistics

• Development of personalised dosing tool with reengagement with DoseMe

Dr Peter Sargent, Chief Executive Officer, commented: "The impact of the Company's strategic review has already resulted in key performance metrics hitting record levels, enabling us to start the financial year ending 30 June 2025 with more than £500k of contracted revenue and good momentum across our key initiatives. Look at PYC..similar to FAB as a company/sector and only £1.3mln and fully funded with £1.5mln vontract pipeline and already booked £600k in last 2mths
