Biostatistics is an essential component of clinical research, playing a pivotal role in the setup, conduct and reporting of trials. It ensures studies are well designed, data are accurately collected and analysed, and results are interpreted correctly.

The strategic rationale for developing Biostatistics service capabilities is three-fold; firstly, the application of Modelling & Simulation and Biostatistics in drug development overlaps, with often the output of the former being a key input to the latter, allowing for natural follow-on work to be offered to clients. Secondly, biostatistics is a necessary component to the setup, conduct and reporting of any interventional clinical trial, from Phase 1 through to Phase 4, regardless of the therapeutic area. This opens up a significant market for the Company, giving greater opportunity to scale. Finally, with both service lines utilising the same business model and similar expertise across mathematics and data science, this allows the Company to operate flexible staffing across service lines to meet demand and maximise utilisation.

As of 15th May they had £1.1mln and as of 30th June £809

Since June they've had revenue generating contracts but as these results are out of date we don't know how much as they're not in the accounting period

On the current trajectory they'll need to sort something by January or get Val201 etc

This point was raised at previous meetings and I have also raised it , the main reasoning given is that renumeration is typically at least a 3rd of what comparable directors get on similar AIM companies and that is long term 'alignment".

I have looked at 10 other similar companies ON Aim and it's true, otjer BODs get x 2 or x 3 HOWEVER now that the annual report is official and all current initiatives are in the open I would like to see some

The salaries are all on the report and some of the lowest on AIM

Comparable CEO/chairman like GDR SNG etc are on x 3 the salary and deliver less revenues
