I see a few people turned up today not understanding the situation here. When over 50% of share holders (directors) commit to irrevocable approval of a deal, I imagine there are consequences if they dont go through with it.

I couldn't believe my luck to sell for more than 2.4p today. I tried and tried for the 7p but they wouldn't take them.
