Yesterday could buy £15000 now less than £7,000

And if 56% are staying put then a hell of a scramble should there be further development

The shares will remain trading for some time until the Scheme takes effect, stated as the 2nd half of this year, however, to proceed there must be a 75%+ vote in favour, they currently have 58%, it is also worth noting that IFX (the acquirer) can alter the terms of the offer.

One wonders if IFX may increase their offer or a counter bid(s) come in, this really cannot be ruled out, interesting also they will take the company private ASAP if they gain control which suggests they believe operational turnaround could come in quick time which they may want to hide that from legacy shareholders.

You simply cannot rule out counter offers or new developments therefore, there is plenty of time, the current offer values AGFX at only £3m.
