Omni Bridgeway did a creative secondary market transaction a few months ago that brought in up front proceeds of A$310m for the sale of 150+ investments across a number of it's fund portfolios;

LIT had A$420M of FV litigation case assets at 31/12/24 (likely a bit less now), so in theory the A$78m is well covered. However, I think the only way the market is going to take it's foot off their neck in the near term is if they do a deal like OMNI at say 70% of FV for half of those assets. That would bring in ~A$150m and enable them to clear all debt & go back to basics.
