What was intersting is on the Thursday all the DMA buy/sell orders went from the book and the book cleared

Then on Friday the volume after lunch propelled NANO towards 3pemce

There will not be much atock to buy now as everyone is holding firm

They know...like we do that this was a scandalous proposition

Yet....someone is seemingly buying large stake under the radar

There have been constant 100k, 200k, 250k buys last few days

Culminating yesterday in a 1mln and 1.5mln delayed buys, then into final 20mins each new buy ticked the ask up and the bid up, suggesting that the book is now clear.

Cash (£10mln) now x 2.5 the market cap and suitors will be aware .

This is highly unusual to only have the CEO recommending the deal ( see the GM circular on website ) and no otjer "irrevocable undertakings " support from ANY major holders

Apart from Ex BOD member Dr Nigel , there have been no large delayed funds bailing out or TR1s up or down YET there has been countless 100k to 500k buys including a 750k yesterday

I think someone WILL buy it

The IP has to be worth £10mln-20mln +then the cash of £10mln + £1mln for market listing

For the reasons noted above, the Directors consider the Authorising Resolution to be put to the General
