The Directors confirm that at this stage the proxy votes filed with the Company's registrars indicate that the Resolutions will fail but the actual outcome of the Upcoming General Meeting will not be known until the meeting has been held.

Over the fullness of time this could well be x 3 from here

Downside now its fully funded for foreseeable looks limited but upside looks staggering

Also been buying a small cap called WHI which may interest risk talkers ,

Someone like Hargreaves Lansdown etc could easily make this work

Therefore I think it's worth a go, minium will be the c.0.5p derisory offer already tabled
