The Board began the sale process with the belief that the Company would be better served being part of a larger entity. This belief still remains, and should the technology become commercialised and the Company become break even in the medium term, operating as a private limited company will allow the Company to discuss a potential sale process unencumbered by the disclosure obligations and regulatory requirements of a publicly traded company on a regulated exchange.
