The overhang from TR1 selling last Wednesday should be cleared given the buying volume since last Wed afternoon where the trades were executed

 recent re-org and re-finance puts the company in a fairly good position for rapid growth.There is also a well known large usa based pharma that has been trying to create a like for like product as Futura but many years later they still nowhere,,could they be considering a swoop on FUM ?

Moves quickly due to it being SETS traded which can lead to large moves apparently?

1 reduced losses

2 increased revenue

3 more repeat business

4 highest contract revenue

5 conversion rate doubled

Etc etc

That maybe a large company has courted him ...

Either way..for PYC..its business as usual with 6 late stage contracts due since Late Sept

What happens next:

✅ SEC effectiveness notice

✅ Pricing

✅ Trading

These steps always come quickly once the silent phase ends.

If there were delays or issues, Guident would have to file a notice - and none have appeared. The quiet is normal and expected at this point.

When the next filing lands, that’s when things move fast. 💫
