A modality blending biology and physics. The new FDA guidance (Aug 2025) reinforced that Project Optimus includes radioligand therapies. Modelling is absolutely needed to optimise dosing intervals and enable personalised regimens.

Other highlights included the repeated use of Sobol sensitivity analysis (which I didn’t expect to become so mainstream!) and learning that ATR inhibitors can be repurposed for treating malaria.

Finally, speaking with the MHRA was encouraging: MIDD is increasingly used and genuinely useful.

Meeting people from so many backgrounds reinforced my belief that multidisciplinary collaboration is essential for developing better models and for tackling these exciting new modalities.

Sadly youre right and in its own way you can see the people here being just as abhorrent as J Barton or the stalker of the McCanns

Wjat motivates peope to disrupt, abuse , attack other whether it be here at LSE.on social platforms

There are some on PYC who have spent 90%+ time here attacking ...unfathomable

FCA say theyre going to tackle online trolls who persistent lie or disrupt, to be fair to LSE they seem to far more proactive across LSE boards, on LLOYDS which for 12mths had become a far right political cess pit all users were given a final warning a few months ago

Is currently trading at x15 annual revenues and actually recently updated on a LOSS of revenues compared to previous year, but because its got private investors group /telegram group it is gaining alot of attention after those same people went quiet just 5 weeks ago

PYC has INCREASED revenues , INCREASED clients, INCREASED. Conversion rate and REDICED losses and overheads ( and wages if you see annual report )

PYC trades on x 1 annual revenues because

1) a large holder dumped

2) sentiment and private investor noise is low

Both companies operate in similar area

Therefore, market *private investor sentiment" is the main reason NOT the

actual company
