A solid business, where end year cash always been £1mln+ for last 4yrs

Every final results they have similar levels of cash at year end ( c £1.1mln to £1.3mln as shown in last 4 year end of year results

New broker note Feb 2025 with price target of 3.5x current share price and if you read the full report they have more cash than 2024 December and 0.6 million extra in the treasury, to use for extra head room.

Cavendish also state there is much opportunity and expectation to lift this 251p target

It is a producing fertiliser company with real infrastructure.

The Hidden Upside: Rare Earth Elements (REE)

The Arapuá project has already returned encouraging REE concentrations from sampling. This is early stage but the market often rerates miners long before production if the geology stacks up.

You’re effectively getting a free option on a potential REE discovery at today’s valuation. This is why im buying.

My view

Has been REE and HMI most undervalued rare earths plays

REE obviously far further on but HMI has US and EU circling Brazil assets

Similar will happen here with US or EU support for Brazil
