I can see you've spent the best part of 4yrs + on a share you didn't own, arguing with kooba and Tw (who i both filtered )

Hence me curious about your real agenda and obtuse attitude to a very sinple concept that ALL BODs PROPOSING a de list state thier support/ irrevocable undertakings

NANO have chosen NOT to do that

On every case I am talking aboit there was NO BIDDER or OFFER

As i say go and look at the last 10-20 shares that tried /did de list

I'm not wasting any more time

In every situation like this there is ALWAYS an irrevocable undertakings section

You can research yourself on the 100-200+ that have left the market over last 3yrs via a Google search

As i have just said , legally they have to state irrevocable undertakings

No where on the circular does it mention ANY support , that js highly unusual /irregular

No, incorrect, whenever a de list has been proposed the RNS or subsequent GM circular has to state the irrevocable undertakings

I've seen over 30 of these

NANO is only one not to (apart from CEO in section 8 of circular)
