Cobus Loots, CEO of Pan African Resources, on delivering sector-leading returns for shareholders. Watch the video here.
This has to be unprecedented, surely? I have always found this share so contrarian but unlike FT12 ( I do hope mentioning is ok apologies if not pc) I have never been able to read the signs correctly. What's even worse, and have a laugh if you like, i spent 40 years working for them. I can only deduce that they are desperate to get this away because they now what's coming in the next 6 months.
In answer to my question, the response was . "I'm just going to put you on hold whilst i find out"
"We will be sending everyone a secure message when the details are finalised"
Thank you for that but you didn't answer my question.
"Sorry i don't really know what you mean"
Tea anyone?
I know this is really a basic question but everything is becoming such a blur these days I can't trust what I read any more. so.
If you buy a share today and the settlement date is Monday when do you own the share because if ex rights is after hours today it will make a difference.
Bearing in mind how badly worded the RNS details are so far. What if, when the prospectus is published in four days time, the entitlement date is the close of business of 9th Sept., especially when you read that the theoretical calculations for dilution and discounts are based on closing prices of yesterday. Those buying today would be pretty peed off. Perhaps the more experienced in the regulations could put me right.
I have never seen an RI where the entitlement date is not the close of business the previous trading day. Why is it not so in this offer.
The 92/144 in Euros
83/130 p
and if the aviation world gets worse where do you set your limit price to buy . On my trade platform you can only set at 25% below the current price!
Bl.... hell that's a lot of additional shares, 2.98Bn for £2.46Bn average of 82.5p a share
1986 Million shares in issue
Offer of 7 shares for every 10 held
Offer price £1.80 ( 10% ) discount on todays close
Equals £2.5Bn raise ( arithmetic correct ? )
SNG works with, FARN failed with. Two separate deliveries, same Interferon and both positive trial phases. So if you're the scientists wouldn't you be concerned as to why. As an onlooker I am.
Yes, that was meant to read 150 million a week However the point is what happens when that cash raise evaporates ?Unless the likes of Hco and Saps can get a handle on the science of Test and Fly we will be in the same position as now come Jan 21
cut and run now , feel sorry for the person who has been given their P45 at Bbi
first million tests cut into uk government's first order
copy and paste
Reference that line " Faron have stated that they accept corticosteroids could be used in conjunction with Traumakine "etc How many more trials and years will that take to confirm when we are still trying to prove to the Americans that Traumakine didn't work first time round because of corticosteroids. Back we go
Someone posted a little ditty about the different platforms for lick or prick but I've mislaid it and now my vertigo has returned.
I wonder if Amoh got the same response on the Hemo and Dig7 pages.
You would think so. However BAY/IAG has always been my nemesis. I seem to be very good at misinterpreting the signals of when to be in and out . That could be due to being an ex employee attachments are not good in share dealing.
Yes that's crap too, 10 years of frustration is getting to me !!!!
At these prices makes no sense. £2.5B will be burnt off in 4 months at an estimate of £1.5m a month after a doubling of the share issue.
Double the shares in issue and we would be back to the 1987 privatisation price £2.5/1.99B
