It is quiet but I think people are just patiently waiting for a big push upwards on a ceasefire, agreed statement, or peace. There also seems to be many good developments today which should hopefully push the Russians to the negotiating table in a more amenable frame of mind. Most other Russian / Ukraine regions stocks are significantly up. Polymetal (Poly), JPMorgan Russia (JRS)

* Strong united NATO statement. 4 further battle groups being moved to NATO countries bordering with Russia / Ukraine and supplemented by carrier groups and submarines. More military aid to Ukrainealso including munitions including as stated and drones.
* Further UK sanctions of 65 individuals and a further 3 companies, including the sanctioning of Lavrov's step daughter who paid £4.4M cash for a flat in Kensington at the age of 21 and having prior to that been a student.
* Bullseye hit on a Russian landing ship "The Orsk" with a ballistic missile in the port of Berdyansk (highlights the vulnerability of the Russian naval fleet)
* More US and EU sanctions coming.

You skip the business interruption litigation claim in your post. Don't miss that out when considering the potential for bigger percentage gains. That claim reads very well and with relatively little potential downside imho (costs only). $640Million if successful would make a massive difference.
