A good presentation by a HeiQ affiliated Professor at Deakin University in Australia on the research and development side whereby it shows Heiq Intelligent Textiles (Smart temp in this case) being developed and used by triathletes. It talks through and shows how they arrived at designs and explains in the questions at the end that they are working towards designs out there for the general public in cycling, surfing, yoga, athletic wear and swimming products.

Absolutely no idea where NoFear has gone but then he (which is presumed) was a longer term holder in any case and like most (and myself included) they simply shut up shop and do something else when the market looks to play its games.

I've watched the likes of HMSO retrace in the last few days when shops will be one of the first reopens, CINE retreat whilst the travel stocks, which I have as being the last to reopen and debateable if they will get a summer season, have actually sat static or gone up. Carnival and TUI two that spring to mind.

Its all market making imho and the swings are just to generate volume. To be honest if you are invested and you see that say for instance vaccines are the key to reopening and that they are going well and so much so that more cohorts are now being encompassed, why participate in speculation which only seems caused by the media guessing and by those who don't seem to know what the left and right are doing and contradicting each other.

And much quieter on the bulletin board.

Probably means the traders from last week have gone and we can get back to building in more recovery strength to the share price.

Vaccine rollout continues and it would appear those over 40 can now look forward to a phone call.

No surprise Lord Wolfson and the CEO of Next plc is making his call for High Street Relief ahead of the next Budget coming up on 3rd March. It would represent a nice injection in the arm of its own for High Street businesses if any or some of it was achieved.

I knew for definite that when I mentioned this before I had seen it and I definitely know that there was enough vaccines on order to mange all the Top 4 cohorts with a first vaccination. Then we had Matt Han**** say May , then other Ministers say April. What are they playing at !!!

Now all over 40's. so even more cohorts by the End of March.

Good Evening folks and my apologies for being a little tardy with the stats the last few days but whilst the wetaher has improved and we wait for the PM's roadmap and the vaccination programme is ticking along nicely its been an opportune time for me to get one with some home projects.

Today's stats for those interested.

Very good imho.

Vaccinations are up to well over 500,000 again if I am not mistaken.

Deaths are actually under that 500 to 800 range at only 454, so really, really good.

The infection rate though is just seeing signs of creeping up at the moment as is the hospitalisation rate. Maybe a blip or a area spike.

They are just trying to pick up as many shares as they can prior to lockdown easing. A halfpenny here or there in the bigger scheme of reopenings won't make much of a difference. I intend to add a few more when it gets to my trigger points.

We know shops will be one of the first to unlock and the next easing of lockdown should be permanent.

When they go up in leaps and bounds.

Timely entry on this one for me and shall hold for gold.

Governor Cuomo now starting to unlock Cinemas when he was fiercely against it in last lockdown is a good sign. Half expecting San Fransisco to follow suit.

Definitely a step in the right direction.

The spin doctors need to work a bit harder.

5 weeks after schools returning for students in higher education and further education tor eturn and non-essential shops to reopen is not "rapid" in anyone's eyes.

westwood747 if there is one thing that I have learned in my years of investing in shares it is to take what politicians (or indeed journalists trying to interpret what they say) with a pinch of salt. One seeks to try and win votes and the other seeks to sell newspapers. I'll be sticking to my own interpretation of things and will adjust things based on how I perceive the data.

Vaccines are the way out of all of this and given the strides we have taken and progress we have made forward I'll be holding onto the stocks I have as investments.
