The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
Perfect revenue scenario from both May and June heading into the 30th June dissenting share holders timeline - and the RCF covenant test (thanks for the reminder mountainous).
Great month this and it's going to easily surpass the $900M. Already at $895M NA Box Office with 4 more days to go and late reporting dribs and drabs to filter through as well.
Elvis seems to have piggy backed well off the main Maverick Demographics and landed top end of its estimates and the Black Phone has outperformed. Lightyear also contributing but not mentioned.

How nice would that be if we were able to fully discharge any outstanding amounts?
Indeed Congratulations TC and cast on crossing the $1Billion mark.
Best film since pandemic reopenings. (Though Bond NTTD and The Batman were also really good imho). Gripping flight scenes and fantastic to watch in all formats. 4th time of watching for self and Mrs Lat with multiple family members on both sides and its actually the first time seeing it with just Mrs Lat. Just told her about the $30M at weekend 5 and crossing the $1B and she's miffed its had 5 weekends and she's only seen it 4 times.
Still, banking over $30M at the NA Box Office on its 5th Weekend - Wow!! Don't forget it is also still selling tickets through the week as well on top.

Suns out at times and it's dry. Best enjoying it than conversing with a paid to post. No doubt getting paid per reply and double time on a Sunday. I'm off to do a bit of shopping and to double it with seeing TopGun Maverick again and on the Imax screen this time.
Why are we even interacting with this clown. Put them on filter.
It is indeed Cruis1. Looking like beyond top end but best wait until Monday or Tuesday for the definitive numbers.
Cumulative audiences for Jurassic, TopGun Maverick and Lightyear on top give a good indication this ringing in the tills across all our 3 territories and there are four more days after this weekend to finish the month off.
$900M + looks nailed on for a cracking month.

Licker,
Matt Mouldings job is to run and deliver with the business and not pander every 5 minutes that a trader PI comes on a bulletin board criticising or bemoaning things. There are regulatory time frames for updates and anything else is a bonus.
Just spy undervalued, and imho buy as much as your discipline allows and wait for the next bid, news or the next wave to come along here. Won't be too long.
Probably bad timing that as that Citigroup broker note landed just after, and stating the present market cap only represents the beauty side and not anything attributed for all the other divisions, which are substantial and many.
Went up to 86p yesterday at one point despite as well and if the American markets are anything to go by it should go up a fair bit next week.
PI's are either buying or just taking the day off meaning that if any funds wish to sustain what is probably now looking like a bad position then they have to keep throwing good shares into the market after bad and with Citigoup and others now picking up what is thrown away.
Oh it is manipualtion but nobody is fooled any more by it and by a share price which is still less than half the most recent bid. The first of three.

27 years working for the company without a single day off sick.
Not a great amount of recognition but at least it got him the right cinema ticket - Regal premiere, and the success of the GoFund me page should ensure he can take the kids and family as well. Worthwhile cause for someone who puts a lot to shame with his astonishing work ethic.

It appears that the Dow finished up 823 points (2.68%) and Nasdaq up 375 points (3.34%). Big gains.
Should hopefully translate to quite a few UK stocks that have taken a hit in the last 10 or so days.
Looks like its back to "risk on" over there.
(Strangly quiet in here today or maybe its the LSE thats broke my end)
Hope so to. The US did take UK markets down considerably with its 3/4% interest rate rise.
Dow finished up 823 points (2.68%) and the Nasdaq up 375 points (3.34%) for the biggest one day rises in a while.
Travelling to a different Imax @Cine tomorrow for TopGun Maverick tomorrow and to sample the delights and in to see the new Elvis film on Wednesday.
Dow finished up 823 points (2.68%) and Nasdaq up 375 points (3.34%).
It was after all them that triggered a fall in UK markets.
Exceptional day over there today and looking like back to risk on over there
Apologies for the repeat but you get the gist. Absolutely no idea how that came about.
Should know by the end of this weekend if $900M is nailed on for the best month in many. That's only the NA Box Office and ticket sales only. Should be indicative of other ticket sales.
Looks like it should be closing in on a $900M for this month after the weekend and with still a few more days to go. Best in many a while and surpassing last month. That's just the North American Box Office mind you. Good timing.

A little bit more reaction. Looks like the next Marvel moneyspinner.

Well the American markets are well up for the 2nd day on the trot. UK will ultimately play catch up as it is a follower rather than a leader.
Switch off and just make sure you are doing plenty other things in the background.
Last night even and the first thoughts seem to engage with it

Weekend upon us yet again and Elvis and the Black Phone are both out this weekend to add to the existing so enjoy the cinema and the snacks and if you can do your bit @Cine or if not then support your local cinema and the global Box Office. Elvis and TopGun Maverick probably in 4DX this weekend.
Easiest thing to do is just pack up for the weekend or indeed the next few weeks.
The hedge funds rely on selling into the market some borrowed shares to spook retail PI's into selling which they themselves then pick up to close their positions and to profit on the difference. One then another compounds things.
If however there are no retail PI's selling then they effectively throw away their shares into the market for a nil or lesser return, and they have to compete with another fund that wants the shares to close up what was an earlier position.
Whilst up could pop another bod or some good news.
Forget intra day movements. Citi's broker note yesterday is effectively saying this share price is miles too cheap, not minute by minute or hour by hour. Its miles too cheap Full Stop.
