It's the last scrip dividend chips for very good reason
Maybe try and read up a bit first.
Neither will happen Wellington99 and you fail to factor in Lizz Truss becoming the new PM at the start of September and the steps she has stated she will be looking to implement immediately.
Nice scrip dividend for the half year available once again of circa 9% for the patient.
Tjay09, Ironically this is still under the levels that Angela Bacares (525 to 590p) started selling and is still so cheap given the last few updates. Lets her get completely out should she wish but she would be better bulking her shares together and offering them up the suitors in a oner.
Its what happens when the UK markets grossly undervalue stocks.
Another one, this time in the internet security / technology sector, that would be multiples of its present sp if it had listed in the US.
Its simply what happens when the UK markets fail to value technology stocks correctly.
Just been sat here patiently waiting for this and although no price is quoted it would have to be at some sort of premium.
THG will be next as its another tech giant that the market has undervalued by about 400%.
Icc maybe a little off the mark.
There is nothing stopping any company, THG included, releasing news during the closed period.
The closed period specifically applies to Director share dealings where it might be suggested that they have an inside track.
Matt and Lord Allen at least got their combined over £1.8Million purchases in prior.
Another crack at 70p tomorrow and hopefully this time breaks out.
At a guess 20 million bagged by someone who saw the large Moulding share purchase after Charles Allens.
Made their own luck for a risk free carry.
That 6 million trade appears to have symbolised the end.
Seems resilient since somebody bagged 6 Million yesterday and whatever else they got the day before and the day before...
Champagne and canapies all round at Henley on Thames for whoever achieved that one.
I take it you got some happy pills at the Doctors.
What Jupiter wish to sell will satisfy the hidden shorts on here and the timing leaves me optimistic that they will be closed and long well prior to THG's update in September.
Nice big bounces in both the Dow and in Nasdaq today
Good for you.
Look on the bright side. Any sold by Jupiter may just have created the volume necessary to stop the constantly dropping of the share price for the same end.
That's jolly nice of you to go to all that trouble of registering just to tell us that. Is your name Sam Aritan.
Whichever shorter(s) have shorted this down have fortuitously found their casualty and get an easy exit should they wish ahead of results. Any other day you wouldn't get to pick up 6 million without it moving the price up substantially.

Looking at your posting history you need a Doctors appointment and some anti-depressants.
Either that or a holiday.
That's how I see it and I'm sticking with it and those two BoD share purchases.
Nice to see us comfortably into the 50's again and relatively stable imho.
Just one point is that the quotes seemingly forgot to mention the recent falls in the oil price into the maths. $120 per barrel Brent now down to $96 per barrel.
What a steal this was in the 18p and 19p what with a 10% scrip dividend on top.
Where's Yuri gone?
Two chances of that given Jerome Powells comments after the last Fed meeting.
Ninenties are nice and this 70p to 90p repeat cycle is predictably enjoyable.
Reverting to silent mode again.
Have a good evening.
Tomorrow will represent the 3 month anniversary in respect of the dissenting shareholders RNS of the 10th May.
"Update on Regal dissenting shareholders agreement
Further to the announcement of 4 May 2022, Cineworld confirms that it has now obtained undertakings to waive from its holders of its guaranteed convertible bonds due 2025 in respect of events of default arising due to non-payment of amounts due to the former dissenting shareholders of Regal Entertainment Group (the "Regal Litigation Parties"). Cineworld is continuing discussions with the Regal Litigation Parties and a further announcement will be made as and when appropriate."

It doesn't take 3 months to either pay up, sort out a new payment schedule or to withold payment and find yourself in probably more litigation.
But more importantly to update shareholders with that further announcement. That probably explains why nobody is buying here other than the odd part percent short closure.
Still got the full family on an embargo from going to Cineworld due to not updating its shareholders and that shall continue. Odeon, Vue and several regional cinemas have all done very well in between times through our attendance and concession purchases.
Anybody plugged IR to see how this one is now being explained away.
