You say rejected drug...but this is the turnaround point for this drug, that is because FDA have collaboratively mapped an approval route for Iclaprim. Meaning they believe it can be approved...otherwise they wouldn’t have bothered! Remember this is Phase 3 trial so it’s one trial away now.

It’s nonsense to suggest that £400m+ spent so far and approved to Phase 3 is a no goer!

Remember nominal value is 1p, so placing likely at least this or above this price if completed..
