Yes FDA have screwed us here and their doing this to a lot small pharma companies. They need to get their house in order, otherwise small pharma’s will never take any drugs pass pre-clinical stages...just not worth it.

Remember, FDA did have the option to allow its grant its approval with the condition to undertake a post-approval trial to address their concerns on liver toxicity but they decided again not to...would they have that with a large pharmaceutical company? Most probably not!

Calling fellow investors ‘fools’, is not going to go down well! No one exactly knows you never know you might be the one! Let’s see how this pans out..if you can’t take the heat and can sensibly discuss then why be here?

I have great sympathy with you, as going from 44p or so to 0.5p is spectacular..but we are where we are. So, you need to forget the past and look at where this is today - at this decimated share price of 0.65 surely there is significant value once the sale goes through?

Slightly confused here reading today’s RNS. Mon rns stated Hercules will be granted warrant for 20% equity, but today’s rns states warrants OVER 20%...it reads like they want more?

‘a resolution to renew the Company's share authorities to enable the Company to grant a warrant over a total of 20% of the Company's share capital, as enlarged by the Placing, to Hercules Capital, Inc.; and

Mon rns
Hercules will receive a warrant for an additional 20% of Motif Bio's post capital raise outstanding ordinary shares at an exercise price of 5 pence (subject to adjustment). Good to hear, know you must be disappointed after the fall as you had every confidence...and I was trying to tamper it. Funding was my biggest issue. Well at least they have it now and can focus on the sale of Iclaprim, which I am sure will get very interesting in days to come..
