This valuation today is ridiculous for a company well advanced in It’s phase III trials and now just ONE successful trial away from FDA approval. It’s unreal how today investors can pick up stock in such a company at under 1p!

If the placement holders have little sense are they will hold this...a few baggers easy that’s before any bidding war/asset sale. Which I think they will.

Don’t be so sure lol The reason this has dropped from the cliff 1) No money left 2) Hugh risk of going under. Both risks now removed. We all know their asset is worth a lot more than the current SP!

Nothing left for shorters here now...company IS surviving and have secured funding. Iclaprim asset sale and very likely to fetch significant more than the debt - and that’s without the bidding war! Remember what this was worth before FDA decision - 40p!

Their flagship Iclaprim product is worth a lot, a lot more than the debt and requires a final trial before full approval with FDA - in fact FDA are the ones that have told them exactly what’s needed. Even Herclules want in! Could easily turn into a bidding war now for Iclaprim..watch this space!

Trying to deramp (am already bashed share)...try harder! I’ve demonstrated that FDA also want this approved by putting forth a proposal to MTFB...there is a significant unmet need for Iclaprim.

Also note it was FDA who put forward the proposal - see rns 6th June 19 - extract below:

‘...The minutes indicate that an additional clinical trial will be required prior to granting marketing approval to address the Agency's continued concerns about potential liver toxicity. The Company has been encouraged by the FDA to put forth a proposal for a future study and to submit it for review. The Company plans to request a meeting with the Agency to discuss the design of the study, including the appropriate patient population to be evaluated...’

Plz do some research first! Now that is misleading, FDA NEVER rejected the trial. They said can’t approve in its present form and need more info..through series of meetings since this FDA response they’ve have collaboratively agreed a route to approval...FDA would never do this if they did not want to approve it! Make no mistake, not saying at all it’s rosy. What I’m saying is that if they have de-risked this Iclaprim ph3 approval now through engagement and collaboration meetings with FDA. So any potential company picking this up, will have FDA commitment and have a defined route for approval. No longer submit and hope case! That’s why this product now has significant monetary value in my humble view!

Misunderstanding about rejection of Phase III - not true. FDA wanted more information and this is now agreed through a series of ‘collaborative meetings’ with FDA. Some news on progress from bod would be welcomed here..maybe a podcast/interview. BoD have hugh reputations riding on this and cofounder back in here, searching since June so will have made progress..

If they can’t raise them don’t know who can lol they have a significant valuable asset worth £400m+ and have now agreed the final Phase 3 trial directly with the approval body FDA. All the hard work already done, 100s of millions spent developing, final trial agreed, so large pharma just need to deliver trial as per FDA guidance. Approval and it’s wala!
