Lol - It’s call reading between the lines...investor acumen etc. All of a sudden renewed optimism, ready to spend and expanding now on 3 countries...tells one thing they have certainly coming in or promised! Otherwise who in their right minds would think about expanding with no cash...don’t take investors as dumb!

The KLW Gas Discoveries are a series of shallow water gas accumulations that were discovered between 1992 and 2009 by the then operators and successfully drill-stem tested confirming discovered volumes that the Company and Koru would seek to bring into production, should the acquisition complete. The KLW Gas Discoveries are ideally located very close to a subsea tie-back pipeline which delivers gas to the nearby and recently refurbished North Morecambe Gas Production Platform and Terminal..’

Company also increasing their interest engagement with investors RNS/Podcast/Presentation in space of 3 days..their appears to be a renewed sense of optimism.

Time to buy and according to Presentation today the agreement is very much in the bag.

Does anybody think they could take this private? They are basically getting rid of as many bod as they can...!

Unfortunately this appears to be the consensus and reflecting in the current SP, need more clarity from the bod which come on Monday if any.

Very low free float so should move quickly as market digests this offer RNS. LOI signed and they’ve specified the minimum to appease BH (will be paid in full), this is before they announce the full offer after due diligence which will be a lot more than this..

Just need those MMs to start playing fair. Every buy is getting obsorbed and sell dropping the price - going on for over a week now. Then that spread..they not allowing a market..with news imminent here don’t understand why they want to deter buyers?

..they never expanded on the ‘positive progress’ or ‘indications of interest from potential partners’. Surely they need to give further detail on this so surprised the company hasn’t expanded on this yet..

In July company said

Worth a read for those who may have missed..they have an interest here but you can’t really argue with what they are saying..still sitting at 0.23!
