This is sackable in anyone’s eyes and as shareholders we should let the company know this is unacceptable and that a resolution be put forward to remove him from CEO. Some key points below and Ms Law should take note as Chairwomen of company:

- Complete decimation of SP 13p - 0.35p in 12 months!

- No update for months on progress / joint ventures

- Keeping shareholders in darkness with little update

- Zero update from partner EVOO on progress for 12M

- Delivered nothing of substance to date

- Academic lost in the real world

- Not acting in shareholder interest, happy to slap SP down when showing any recovery

- Allows SP to fall -90% but no RNS to address shareholders

- Many CEOs out there with experience in Ai, can do a lot better job here.
