I think this is the original Vocare vendors being taken out, if you look at the holdings of John and Michael Harrison and include the other non-notifiable holders which shares were issued to.

It may not be better for you, but it's better for the company to move to the main market.
Indeed. I can't imagine why a company would remain on AIM when fundamentals support a move to main market.
