No, he's not waiting for anything... he explicitly said (see below) that they are working to get on AIM before June 20th. The meger with M3 was the kicker to move across.

Having spoken to Nick, the company are working to ensure that Mendell is on AIM well before June 20th. He has been in discussion with IG, and provided they are on AIM before the migration date (20th) he has been assured you can continue to hold Mendell with IG.

Final shares were only admitted yesterday so they will have plenty of time to notify as they have only just received their full allocation

Warrants is next to nothing, just a few for the brokers fees. In fact for a very junior company this is quite a decent raise with a good chunk going to one institutional investor... apart from the price :-/

Correction they are issued now and admitted tomorrow. the acquisition has already happened and M3 is part of Mendell as of the GM.

They won't know immediately as it takes weeks for flow to build. Initial flows will be comparatively low

IG have indicated that provided MDH moves to AIM before June 20th you can continue to hold and trade MDH with IG.
