Since he owns a huge slice of the company, if Wood ford did decide to sell some of his EVE stake (which is just 0.07% of the fund in question), he wouldn't be dumping on the market, he'd be doing what he seems to have just done with his Purple Bricks stake, which is sell directly to another institution.

Since his fund has been in trouble since last year, I very much doubt he'd have taken a huge chunk of the recent placing if he'd had any intention of selling it.

There's still a lot of shuffling due to the CF sell. Someone took the whole lot at a silly price and are selling them back imo. With such a small mcap and tiny amount of shares in issue once the book is flat any demand should see a decent rise

I doubt the directors will be filpping them for a few pence; besides they don't all vest immediately.

Look at the late reported trade on Monday 3,333,333 shares corresponding to their 4.16% holding

Wobbly results in Feb dropped it from 8p to 5p (= just above cash)... back to 5p seems fair : )
