I really don’t know what’s driving the SP today or if there’s a single driver but to me normally there are a lot of contributing factors like today’s UK economic data (PMI figures), the strength of the Dollar that makes Brent more expensive to buy, higher trading margins which might reduce the number of market participants etc etc...
