TheAimInvestor- I dont think its scare mongering , these are not normal times , theres real risk here , im tempted to buy i wont lie , but i will wait till at least 9th March and see how things are going , russia hasnt really reacted yet , stock market still shut , thats a real issue too and frightening for anybody exposed to russian stocks

still not bought into this , still too risky as far as i can see , even if you get ya divi , price could plummet day after wiping out that and more , sanctions still a issue , russia could still delist this and return to russia (never mind the law he dont give a hoot) and bloomberg reporting Abromovich now trying to sell all his london property , chelsea could be sold off this week , this guy either is running for the hills or he knows whats coming , very high risk for me this

ex div on 10th march - 36p - huge at this current SP price - almost a no brainer but 9 days till then , thats a long time in current situation , war could be over , russia could win , peace deal , Putin removed , jus so many ifs and buts , not bought in yet im still thinking but i wish all you holders well and good luck .

its risky for me - new sanctions being announced everyday , no idea whats next , then theirs Putins response -who knows what that loon will do , if a seize fire/peace deal is done in these talks its a buy from me but Putin cannot be trusted , i hope he does realize he is in a real mess here and will use the peace talks to climb down and try save face and claim he achieved his objectives or he is removed from power , this stock does look cheap as everyone says but there is a reason for that.

Thinking of getting in on this but i do worry what Russias retaliation is gonna be , how safe do you guys think this is ? what dangers do you see ? high risk ? but high reward ?

you would think the west has to act in a huge way to stop Russia now even if it hurts themselves in the process and the only way to hurt Putin is hurt the Russian economy and affect the people of Russia , they are the only ones who can remove Putin and the only way to do that non militarily are sanctions involving 60% of all Russian exports , ie. oil and gas , it may not be instant may take months and months but i see no other way.

id love some surprise positive results , a few other retailers showing good signs of a high street recovery - fingers crossed for Ted for better than expected update. im in deep here , BP saving my skin at mo but would like a boost from ted asap.
