Final agreement on outstanding points in respect of the Engineering, Procurement and Construction ("EPC") contract was reached with PowerChina International Group Limited ("PowerChina") on 28 October 2024. The EPC agreements have now been finalised and Kore Potash and PowerChina are working towards convening a date which is currently set for 19 November 2024 for the signing ceremony with the Minister of Mines (the "Minister") and other high officials of the RoC in Brazzaville. Following the signing ceremony, relevant details of the agreement will be made public.

A realisation of the rock solid value that was torn apart on 06 September? Hopefully we will be back to that level in a couple of weeks, and then onwards and upwards.

I believe that Dennis has always maintained that diamond sales will cover overhead for the foreseeable future and there will be no requirement for a fund raise.

In support of prussell’s comments, the losses bemoaned below are more to do with falling Vanadium price than any other factor. The management are doing the best they can with downsizing and reduction of overhead. They have had a tough job with the legacy of a bloated organization reliant on much higher prices. Betting on the metals market is invariably a high risk venture.

Drop today is b*llocks based on sales/buys and otlook. Hanging on to my shares for sure.

Re Asian Metals, I have noticed that USA and Europe prices haven’t been shown for some time on the summary. Any idea why?

You can take a huge drop with a poorly judged RNS, but whatever the fundamentals (and they are good for IES) the climb back is invariably tortuous. This will be traded all the way up, so be prepared for a long haul. Hopefully the Mistral roll out will give us a turbocharge.
