99, you make some good points. I see China having a long game in securing strategic metals and minerals, particularly those that are not found within its vast land area. Africa has been a target for decades, and somewhere, some clever people will have mapped what China hasn’t got, and where they need to get it. For sure, Potash is on the list.

Oh come on! I get all the OakBloke updates, and for a while I was convinced it was AI generated, such is the volume, diversity, statistical data and charts = collectively ‘man hours’. But AI is pretty easy to identify (Simply Wall Street etc) and this looks original. There is probably a team/network, they are smart, and they won’t be working for free.

Surely a sell before a 25’% rise means 20% less cash to buy something else?

Well I sold a chunk of my considerable BMN holding a few days ago, on the basis that it was doing nothing much, and put it into KP2 which has just secured a transformative EPC contract.

Result? BMN ticked up over 25% in two days (we are unsure why) and KP2 dropped on a fund raise dilution.

Conclusion? We punters are always on the fringes of knowledge buddy.

In fairness Steven, most of what he says is based on verifiable fact. It is, of course, the interpretation of the fact which constitutes an opinion, but I am fairly convinced.

Today’s market cap is £10.8m so that’s about 6X Price Earnings. That’s great.

But factor in the £7.7m debtor Hebei the net marcap is £3.1m. So that’s a P/E of 1.8X that’s really great!

But now factor in a 34X operation delivering £11.5m EBITDA a month HMS and Diamonds and you comfortably can get to £40m-£50m net earnings business. Which can buy for £3.1m?! A P/E of 0.06-0.08?!

That’s really really great!

Factor in the separation and sale of VHMs - valuable heavy minerals the £300k gross profit a month rises too. Factor in the sale of Monazite too which could (and often does) contain Rare Earths.

Factor in the ludicrously good deal struck to buy out Tectonic Gold of its minority holding for next to nothing. That the Black Empowerment folks pay for their shareholding out of profits (effectively meaning KZG keep nearly all he proceeds for the foreseeable).

You can see despite the 67.3% gain how the above leads to a Price Earnings Growth which makes today’s £10.8m market cap an incredible bargain. But do I expect those results in the next 2 months? Highly unlikely - but prospects are bright for KZG in 2025.

Mitch - invariably you have something useful to contribute, but could you possibly, in future, give your opinion on what might happen to the SP before rather than after the fact? May help us all a little.
