RE: Roll call 30.Jun1 Jul 2014 23:50
Bannor good evening ... i think we could see 70p on a 1:100 consolidation :) ...
I have had contact with Nick before the suspension and my reasoning for believing that this is the market we are going into is probably the same as nobill ...
I actually believe that Nick and Adam have known all along which product we are taking out, if you read the DUC website they are pretty confident that we will be turning a profit pretty quickly, also talking about dividends... Nick is on the BOD of a Successful healthcare company...
My personal thoughts are that he has come across a product through his professional interests and has sidelined it to maximize profit for him and all of his london buddies... Good move.
All funding has been raised at the same time as the RTO (fact) .. this was through the very good backing that we have in city boys... remembering that these same backers hold warrants at 004p for this reason I fully believe that a placing will be at a premium to the closing price ... I am personally expecting us to open up 0.20+ ... when i mentioned to Nick the reason why i thought this might be the case although he did agree it makes sense he for obvious reasons would not diverge so, much speculation on my part...
I will refer you to a couple of statements on the website as to their investing policy ....
"" The Company’s proposed Investing Policy is that the Company will either acquire or invest in a business or businesses which have some or all of the following characteristics:
strong management with a proven track record;
ready for investment without the need for material re-structuring by the Company;
generating positive cash flows or imminently likely to do so;
via an injection of new finances or specialist management, the Company can enhance the prospects and therefore the future value of the investment;
able to benefit from the Proposed Directors existing network of contacts; and
the potential to deliver significant returns for the Company. ""
""The Company’s primary objective is that of securing for the Shareholders the best possible value consistent with achieving, over time, both capital growth and income for Shareholders through developing profitability coupled with dividend payments on a sustainable basis.""
Now bear in mind that there are a substantial amount of warrents in issue here for our backers... i refer to the RNS dated 20/2/2014:
""Each subscriber of the new ordinary shares has also been granted a warrant to subscribe for a further new ordinary share at a price of £0.0004. Therefore the Company has issued warrants to subscribe for 203,380,942 new ordinary shares at a price of £0.0004 per share. These warrants may be exercised at any time up to the third anniversary of their issue. The warrants are expected to be issued on 21 February 2014. No application has or will be made for the warrants to be traded on AIM."&quo
