Just thought i'd give yu the heads up on another very UTR share which seems to be just starting to get Pi attention ... BOX (Boxhill) very decent CEO over there and pretty promising business model .. results out in a few weeks should start to show the company what its made of. ATB

Guys certainly looks interesting ... More so if it is their intention to RTO into a O&G company. Drummond is the man that drove Coms down into the ground so he's certainly not the most impressive CEO ... But it all depends on where they want to take it. Simba - I doubt anything would be turned down in the AGM as half of the share holders are ii's and it is in their interests to see this blossom... The 3% investment into a field only producing 300bopd is not all that but if the intention is to RTO into the Aim market then different story. I might give the company a call, in the week to see what's up unless share has already contacted them?

Are 108 cash shells currently listed on AIM... Jeeeeeeeeeeez that's 7% of the market.

I dont think it will drop back mate... very limited selling today and certainly looked like a 500k block buyer about. Cash shells do extremely well 80% of the time and this could be one of those times, the potential of it being something that could do 1000% in a day is what will drive this up to 1p imo especially if word gets out as to what we are investing in. It's a pretty unique opportunity to take a position in what is being pursued as the future of computing and this would be the only company on the market in the sector which on its own could / should drum up a fair bit of interest and publicity... for those reasons i don't think we will see the 0.5's again (of course could be wrong) but either way the potential is there for this to multibag on the rite news... hopefully it wont be too long and after the brief convo this morning with one of the Directors i don't think it will be.

When DUC RTO'd I spoke to the BOD before hand and then said from the AGM to day of RTO it usually takes about 3 months which if its the same here would be ASAP and as I found out from the phone call this AM they are close but don't want to prematurely inform the market...

Yes but as the director said earlier they are close... Someone mentioned that CQL sent there docs to LSE in July... Why wait?

there was a cash shell in the states a few years ago that went up over 10,000% in a couple of weeks after the RTO ... you can see why there is such a big want for them when the gains can be so extreme over such a short space of time... 1.5 - 2p here seems very plausible in the short term i suppose it depends how the deal gets laid out... placing at a premium would be nice ;-0
