As last time they announced Shell farm in. I would think if Shell has no intention to sign up then they would have told clnr by now for good house keeping given they already have a farm in agreed and will be on good terms.

Disgraceful if they don’t issue a Q1 production report like usual. Are they embarrassed about the numbers?

All on the website now guys, take a look. Very exciting time to be invested here right at the beginning of the story. If we get this Shell farm in tomorrow then that’s two farm ins with a super major, with more to come! The two drills alone would see an Mcap north of £60m imo and strike and we are probably talking a £300m Mcap minimum imo given Shell have the resources to develop and extract any find quickly, incredibly lucky to be in at the start and looking forward to seeing this unfold. I have taken £50k here this week, GL all should see 5p on Shell news imo

Neil if you want 50p I suggest you get a £1 and go buy something for 50p.... these boys sent Unilad into administration I’d be amazed if they could do anything else but fail again but a few will make good money on the ramp so it’s all good just don’t get spiked or greedy and there is money to be made short term

Seriously you already know the answer clearly not but it’s been good for a bit of profit, Also worth remembering this Unilad team led it to administration they were very poor at making any money, infact they went bust

As I said while the death spiral funding is in place the share price will continue to fall, it was 1.5p to sell last week and I expect it to be that level again due to the heavy selling by Lind the lovely death spiral finance partner that Martin decided was needed, awful management so far

Let’s see it needs to be replaced because they are heavily loss making and have no cash reserves, I’m watching but not a buy at present until they either breakeven or cancel the death spiral funding

I see what your saying but rainbow have disappointed so far with production as the pits have produced far far less than they thought and the death spiral finance shows they are in a mess. We all know what convertible loan notes do to a share price and with over $7m facility the share price will just continue to fall due to the selling to cash in the loan note, we see this time and time again yet Martin this option knowing full well it would kill the share price for at least this year. Let’s hope they break even by year end, I’m watching but definitely not buying until the death spiral finance has ended and unfortunately it’s only just begun

But the DFS for this project is still 2 years away and rainbow production has been incredibly disappointing in fact they produce such a tiny amount from these mining areas due to the narrow veins that they need 4 open to even break even. The only way to achieve break even is using this $7m death spiral funding to open new areas over the next year. I understand why Techmet are the story but nothing’s changed for RBW still producing pitiful amounts in Burundi still loss making and with a seller at any price due to the loan notes it will be heavily sold into and with no good news in sight anyone buying now will imo lose a fortune as that’s how death spiral funding works and it’s only just begun

Here today at all. RBW have death spiral finance in place and mine a pitiful amount due to the very narrow veins and lack of ore, they also mine at a considerable loss hence the death spiral funding in place. Techmet have a JV with RBW that they signed before RBW started to fail with production I doubt the JV will even progress imo. Anyone who bought today will be well and truly spiked imo and Lind begins selling into the volume, $7m convertible loan note facility and no doubt another disappointing Q1 figures to be announced this week, odd buying these just because Techmet are doing well, RBW definitely are not doing well

In the last few hours, in this hot O&G environment a farm out deal with Shell will see this back towards 4p imo given the potential scale of the deal. When they get the drill bit in the ground any strike and this will be mega with Shell able to develop any find very quickly. Incredibly cheap atm and great risk reward as they already have 1 farm out in the bag with Shell. If they sign the second in the next few days then this play suddenly opens up and institutional investors will start to take positions too. GL all a very exciting few days ahead

The general calls the shots here, and the difficult part previously was even getting the general to sit down in the same room let alone try do a deal which proves impossible for 8 years. The news late yesterday that a deal has been reached with the general is truely transformational and I note some key points from the rns. Firstly they expect the moz government to formally sign over the license back to Pfp in early summer so within the next 8-12 weeks. So if the Mcap has previously been £80m with the same license but the asset has doubled in value then what price should the Mcap be now? Certainly not £6m and much nearer £80m given its the same asset. Directors and Align took £200k at 2p, they are all insiders so that also shows huge confidence and I don’t begrudge them a few shares at 2p as a present for all their hard work. The bod are proactive and are aligned with shareholders with shareholder value creation top of their list of priorities. I have followed Pfp for many years and the simple fact is that doing a deal with the general seemed impossible yet a deal has now been reached, an Mcap of at least £20m is still very cheap for the world class asset and that’s over 6p a share which I think we will see here today easily. Tiny free float, sticky holders, huge news, we should see a 200-300% day here today imo GL all its going to be a glorious day

Been waiting 8 years for this news, and the best part is Pfp also have a bod that can deliver. We can forgive the 2p placing to Align and the directors for £200k that can be their little present for a great job done. they could easily do a placing at around 10p once the government sign this back over in early summer they say in the rns so what’s that June... 8 weeks away an Mcap of £30m for this asset is still cheap. The most pleasant surprise I have seen in an rns for many a year on aim well done all who manage to grab some in the morning it will be a real flyer over the next few days

I think the company issued this game changing news at the end of the day so the press could get hold of it this evening and really understand the significance of this rns. It’s something I thought would never happen but they have done a deal with the general which looked impossible so well done bod of Pfp. The asset was ready to go 8 years ago and back then was seen as world class with an £80m Mcap. Since then the NPV has doubled to over $1 billion and the Mcap is £6m.... transformational news it really is and 5p looks conservative for tomorrow fully expect so big buyers to take positions tomorrow as this will just run and run

They have finally managed to do a deal, totally blown away by this news and many won’t see it until they get home this evening. This was an £80m Mcap when the license was taken away and the asset has doubled in value since those days! NPV of over $1 billion this is going to go crazy tomorrow once people read the rns and realise it’s significance. Can see this hitting 5p pretty quickly tomorrow, well done bod

Still not as strong as the 2017 Q1 figures which is disappointing given they spent so much money expanding the mill capacity and were projecting well over 100k ffb been processed during the high season in previous presentations I had hoped for a record production number tbh so slightly disappointed especially with the lower extraction rate given previous investment to improve this. Let’s see how the market takes it but Q2 really needs to be a record it can’t be lower than 2017 like these results otherwise there is no growth in 2 years

Disappointed to see this fall back, hopefully it is not due to poor Q1 figures as that really would put the nail in the coffin on sentiment here. Poor numbers we are probably looking at 2.5p so fingers crossed it’s been a good harvest, the sells are concerning

I believe we will see record production figures for Q1, and this should set dkl up for a strong move north back towards 10p as newsflow from the cashew project also starts to kick in. Cpo prices are firm and the premium we get is excellent with farmers no doubt working around the clock to get fruit in to makeup for last years poor harvest. A steady move back towards 5p ahead of Q1 would be most welcome and on good numbers followed by cashew updates sentiment should return and the share price will recover imo back to double digits where it was for many years before 2018 poor harvest. Rubber and cocoa could be next after the cashew plant brings the profits in

Not at this current time I don’t think but globally the laws are changing and Ivory Coast has a fantastic climate for growing it for legal cbd oil production, mentioned it to Lincoln so will see what he comes back with. He has confirmed Q1 numbers out on 10th April, an update on the cashew plant build to follow within a few weeks, so lots of newsflow to come over the next 4 weeks which should do wonders for the share price if all positive, the weather has been excellent in terms of growing conditions in March just checked the historical forecast
