Trump spoke, the $ fell, usdjpy lost over 70-80 pips and pow! gold rose from $1217/20 area to hit resistance at $1227 before retracing again....

Lower lows cld still be seen shd dollar backtest the mid 95s, darn it, but we shall have to see.....and if that's coupled with any further yuan devaluation, then Ouch for Gold.....

TBH, Ive traded the high liq'y stocks mainly like UKOG, 88e and kept my others at MTH as been more focused on s/bets and cant give it the focus it needs if Im tryingtit trade shares every minute of the day.....So had to decide which to give priority to....:)

When trades like NG come through, it's great as i can do my daily atrget in just that one trade. When trades like oil misbehave, it's grrrrrrrr;))

Cldnt agree more re your last statement. I trade less hours now in the day than some months ago but with greater focus and intensity so make sure smoked/frazzled/ brain get a rest by late aftrn/early eve as of recently....:)

Used to trade FTSE stocks also more 2 yrs back like HOC, PMO, TLW, VED, HNTG, AAL, GLEN, FRES...I think I actually preferred them.

Less spikes but more consistent gains compounded....and less stress with less capital locked in if they went wrong as more likely to correct in a shorter timespan, smaller spreads....why did I ever switch to AIM???!
