I have, also, been a shareholder expecting to hear news of progress from the Directors who joined when Ellen handed over the helm.

Having only flown into and out of Plymouth Airport, once, many years ago, I'd welcome any news or comment from other shareholders, especially after the dozen or so trades, today, in this tightly held share.

My thanks, are due to you, Volmer, for drawing attention to the FOUR Due Dates for the publication of Quarterly Trading Updates.

It is incumbent upon the Directors to either produce such statements in a timely fashion, or to retract that commitment. Shareholders can look to corporate and other advisers to a Company to do their best to ensure that client companies comply with market rules and practice.

I trust the Directors to communicate thoroughly, professionally and without favour with ALL Shareholders to ensure impartiality.

Further to HarChris' comments, the NPIF is unlikely to have invested on terms that are insisted upon by other regional funds. The usual terms require the recipient to produce Monthly Management Accounts and to allow the regional fund to attend Board Meetings. There are often tag-along rights and conditions similar to those deployed by successful development capital companies. Without any doubt, NPIF's involvement will strengthen the discipline within this promising enterprise to the benefit of all stakeholders.

A refreshing change from many more problematic enterprises on AIM where placings, too often, serve to benefit new investors, directors and advisers.

The relative share price performance of each company provides a clear summary of how far too little consideration was given by both Hansa and Ocean Wilsons to represent and to protect the latter's shareholders.

Whilst I applaud the resilient stewardship and guidance of Oceans Wilson's over the last 40+ years, there seems to have been insufficient creative thought given to solving one of the most difficult obstacles that acquirors and their advisers face and often shy-away from "How can a low yielding company acquire a much higher yielding, cash rich company in which it has a very large shareholding?" One of corporate finance's perennial conundrums.

The original terms represent an exceptionally good deal for Hansa shareholders and a poor deal for Ocean shareholders.

"Thank you" to all who say "NO" to this attempt to wrest absolute over cash-rich Ocean Wilsons.

All power to those who vote AGAINST this woefully inadequate offer.

Trek's views are very interesting.

Devil's own job to drum up investment interest for "penny shares", let alone those trading at fractions of a penny, which rarely fuels growth. Capita were criticised by punters for consolidating their shares in issue. Are these Directors sufficiently brave to reduce the "confetti" in this minute entity? Peterhouse could advise on this aspect.

Is there a strategy to grow the Company for the benefit of all shareholders and employees?

Directors appear to be doping the right thing. Too early to call.

Thank you for your comments, when sharing your views. The City will have reached a sad state of affairs if neither this Company's advisers nor Aquis are monitoring announcements and share activity. Even before "Big Bang" this was done and steps were taken to maintain and police standards.

I believe that I am correct that this Company has an "Independent Director" on its Board, with all of the relationship and responsibility to shareholders that usage of that description implies. Like me, you'll have noticed just how influential, constructive, nay, telling, their actions can be.

Most certainly, this bout of activity, some of which appears to be "tax-notching", ahead of the financial year-end, which has seen a doubling of the SP, seemingly on the back of "No news", does merit immediate attention, Chris.

Will the powers that be look at share activity before each announcement, and correlate their discoveries? Surely, it's not such a difficult task, in a small company.

Refreshing to read, amongst others, Chris' & Geraldus's posts, last week and to note the percentage surge in SP to change the then prospective "out-of-the money" exercise price of the warrants into an "in-the-money" prospect. With an exercise date barely 6 weeks away, and with growing interest in the warrant holder, Immun, as well as "no news" update from this Company pursuant to its announcements in Nov/Dec '24, these warrants and the imminence of their final exercise date, will doubtlessly attract the attention of both sets of advisers and shareholders.

Has anyone seen or heard anything to give substance to the recent upsurge in price?

I agree.

However, my concern is not, solely, about the Board, but I wonder who is advising the Board in respect of their duties to the Company's shareholders and "stakeholders".

I am not familiar with Aquis' Rules, but I do know that appointed Financial Advisers and brokers have involvement in the publication of releases by a client company to the "market". It seems that, they too, are in danger of becoming conspicuous in their silence, in this instance, given the strong inferences made in the announcement, late last year.

Shareholders have always looked to a company's advisers for comfort, in the belief that just as they judge themselves and are judged by the status of their clientelle, they will stand-up for shareholders and encourage Boards to make correct decisions.

If there's anyone out there, let's have an update, please!!!

In much better regulated days, both the broker and the sponsor would see it as their responsibility to work with Boards of client companies to ensure that "the market" had full information, and they also recognised their own responsibility to do so. With few exceptions, we knew that Directors have scant knowledge of their duties to both shareholders and "the market". Surely, the time has come for those who are remunerated for being advisers to this Board, to fulfil their responsibilities and to prove their worth.

No news is not always good news.

Please do not forget that every company whose shares are traded on a regulated market/exchange, has one or two "financial advisers".

Absence of news from this Company is becoming almost "beyond a joke".

Thank you, Max, for the link. A most interesting article and exactly the type of news flow that high tech companies should make available to inform both the market and its shareholders and bankers in order to create confidence..

Having spent my entire working life in the City, and knowing just how expectantly and impatiently "short term" gain is chased in the case of miniscule companies such as IQ-AI, I am stunned by how imprudent most directors of high tech companies are to ignore appointing really sound, objective, investment research companies to freely produce research to inform the market, preferring to rely on small brokers with their limited placing capabilities. There's too much unconstructive criticism of Directors who are lambasted when a share price falls, but all Directors of small high-tech companies need to be more aware that smaller company, investing institutions rarely take any interest in companies who have little or nothing of any quality written about their progress and their prospects, and especially those companies where loyal investors are rarely given the opportunity to participate in sudden, opportunistic fundraisings.
