It is a rollover, 1 person sells the 4m and then the same person buys the same 4 m back, only 1 person involved with the help of his broker, for his fee I might add.

Think about it Troajan, the people who are doing the rollovers are not actually increasing or decreasing their holdings, so no change.

Getinthere , with the greatest of respect if you think you will get a dividend in the next year or two, then you are invested in the wrong company.
Hopefully when the price of Tungsten starts to rise, then the profits should come, but any profits for the next at least 3 to 4 years will go to pay off the interest and capital payments.
