William Richards is the RAB Capital figurehead so perhaps they've done a private deal with their 3.00% and sold the block as there hasn't been a particularly huge volume reported recently.

That explains the drift - leaky AIM. Proposed placing at 16p - essentially to buy and develop further quarries which have the higher grade marble. My instinct is to trust the board at this point but with the caveat that Chris Gilbert has previously suggested that dilution was not on the cards. If Placing is for a good, sound profitable business reason, then it's OK. GLA

Thanks for the UK Investor Show update - very interesting to get more flesh on the bones of the licences that were unfairly revoked back in December 2012. Good to know that it was a fraud/backhander as opposed to any clerical or procedural error on the part of the FOX team. I concur fully with IRC5 that Chris Gilbert is a top man imo and has always replied to my emails quickly and accurately. This is a top investment imho and I am looking forward to topping up again and again on any weakness OR sticking with my holding if it doesn't retrace. As with all of us, I have a few holdings that one day might explode into life as multibaggers (i.e Oxus & Churchill), at which time I would put substantial extra proceeds into this baby as I see it as one of the top 3 in my Portfolio for long term growth and dividend income.

As we are selling via a distributor in the US and not direct, the name won't be a problem, even more so as they are localised to San Francisco imo. I'm quite sure that our FM looked up their name as a .com to see if it was available years ago and are happy with this situation!

Chris Gilbert is, imo, delivering on his promises from when I first heard him present in November 2012. I invested then and have topped up now at these silly levels. - Factory to be in situ and producing this year - High quality Marble - Cash positive - Quarrying NOT Mining (don't have to find the stuff!) - Low cost base, especially the Kosovo operation To me, it's a no-brainer and if the €156m value ( £130m) is anywhere near correct, it equates to £1.05 per share based on shares in issue today. The sp is 18.50p - you do the maths!!

Results in line with expectations but not only has the factory been bought under budget but crucially it's also pre-fab and will be finished by end of Q2, so end of June and that's way ahead of schedule. Last Trading Update said that the planned construction to be completed by March with production by end of June 'would now be delayed by up to 6 months' as they used funds for higher priority purposes i.e. getting the Marble sold to help cash flow. The fact that construction will now be completed by end of June signals production on site by end of September so saving processing costs from Pisani for the last quarter of the current financial year and then full year for 2015. This is ahad of schedule and when the news sinks in, this will bounce imo. I have put my money where my mouth is and topped up again on this weakness as I honestly thought we would open up today so was delighted to snaffle a few at the lower levels. Still a no brainer to me this stock - the marble is there, it's high quality, we're finding buyers and we're now going to be processing our own marble which was always a key milestone for Fox. Afternoon! Looking at your figures from the last 3 years, the last two Feb ones have been 20 and yet this year, we were 24 which is a 20% increase. Just wondering why you felt 'below 25 would be poor, 28-32 would be par, but unexciting and 35+ would be a marked improvement.' Surely, 24 in Feb was OK....or perhaps not?

Originally, this was a key part of their strategy but, as long as the Cutting & Polishing process in Italy is relatively good value, then they are right to concentrate on volume. However, once the Plant is commissioned, our profit margin per block will increase substantially and also we will be able to ship processed blocks direct to clients without all of them having to go via Italy which must add a bit to the transport costs generally, although perhaps this is negligible.

Same here, November last year. Impressive speaker and company presentation. Bought in the next day and 20% up on that sp today (after an early fall due to licences being temporarily revoked!). Those who took advantage of that drop, like Sherlock, are in at 15p if still holding. Either way, great long term investment in profitable industry as long as you have the right product....and we do!

Delay is not due to weather but to strategy. Not happy about that as IRC5 suggests market doesn't like delays BUT, as long as they're selling Processed Blocks (even if those blocks are processed in Italy rather than on site in Kosovo), the revenue stream should meet expectations. The announcement looks slightly cagey but if the extra revenue from selling more Processed Blocks outweighs the revenue saved from completing the Processing Plant and doing it on site, then I'm sure the Board have made the right decision. Don't forget, the Board are huge shareholders and their interests are totally in line with ours - trust them. GL

Sorry, message sent too quickly.... Basically, as long as the Processing Plant remains on schedule, Fox will be a major success as the Finished marble is so much more valuable than the unfinished.

No stock 'drifts' upwards, c'est la vie! The crucial point with Fox is that it drifts down so little relatively speaking to other AIM stocks. The fundamentals are rock solid (forgive the pun!) and your patience will be rewarded. The weather is well known and was factored in in the original prospectus as being the same every year
