Probably worst BoD on AIM and that's up against some serious opposition!! Bergen are never good and all this does is allow them to sell large, crash so, buy back cheap, rinse and repeat. Can see no reason for Bergen after receiving loan - very disappointing but sadly not unexpected. GLA

Look like late reported sells I'm afraid. As noted previously on various bb's, if you see Bergen or Darwin associated with your share, sell up and move on because the sp only goes one way and that's down. I should have heeded that advice! GLA

Basically, the mine is sound and the Mine Waste Dumps at between 2.5g-5.0g au p/t is economic, the level of water is falling and this should be a solid investment for the future so my question is simply....what is the hold up with getting the new $4m investment? Been muted for several months now and still no news or positive vibes (as I assume the sp would react if it looked like we were near to signing). BTW, your averages, whilst still horrific, are way better than mine - try 13.70p! It annoys me that in a relatively Global Gold positive environment, we a) couldn't get the agreement with the Chinese, b) can't seem to get agreement with our potential investor and c) have no idea if the terms of the Mine Waste Dump are commercial or just ticking the company over. I admit though that genuine progress appears to have been made on the water levels so 2017 could be great.....if we can survive until then!!! GLA

Huge new JV, Stone Alliance, with Kosovan and US Govt support, to create Kosovo as Global centre for Marble production. Fox retain 59%, raising 100m Euros from the US market where Stone Alliance will be listed. Synergies of allowing Fox to piggy back on the marketing and sales costs of the venture should help expose the company to a wider, larger market more quickly. 40 new sites identified in the region and proposals to build 2 new factories (don't laugh!). Very ambitious scheme but can Fox deliver - fingers crossed! GLA

As before, no interesting news, sales have been 'disappointing', factory is 'behind where we wanted to be', etc, etc - basically, cutting through the flannel, it's been a poor 6 months. Furthermore, - "Our Cervenilla and Syrigane quarries remain open and operational. Quarrying activity can be increased immediately to respond to increases in demand." translates to me that they're open but not selling any of that marble at all and if we get an order, we can immediately respond!! Poor. Next 6 months crucial in seeing whether or not they will ever convert sales leads into cash. Finally, most worrying line, is that Paul Jourdan of Amati is stepping down and, unlike Etrur Albani who has said he will not sell, there is no reassuring line saying Paul Jourdan will remain an investor and that is a huge percentage of stock. Keep a very careful eye on PJ's share dealings in FOX now because if he's out, we should all follow this experienced player. GLA

That will probably be next year! Having been very impressive when I met him originally, Chris Gilbert has since failed to deliver on nearly every promise/timeframe. As always with Fox, the potential is there without doubt, but the list of misses continues to grow - missed Sales targets, missed factory build date, a Placing when CG categorically stated to me that one would not be required (admittedly a while ago and things changed but....). Considering that CG is a salesman first and foremost, it's the small order book that really frustrates. I'm sure it will turn the corner and I will stay patient, it's just annoying! GLA

Agreed, good product but inexperienced management. Chris Gilbert seems more Music Producer than Marble producer at the moment! So, first the negatives: - Poor sales - Poor reasons for that lack of sales - Delays in accessing the new Malesheva Quarry appears to be a Management issue, rather than technical - Ditto slower than expected development of Sivec quarries - Fire at Prometec destroying 2 major pieces of machinery for factory. Delays whilst new machinery is sourced and made ready for factory That said, let's look at the long term positives: - Kosovo Government site visit of Prime Minister & 7 Cabinet Ministers giving backing to the Company - Visit of Chinese delegation in May, presumably buyers as well as the ZSC staff - Appointed 3 additional 'experienced' marble sales staff - let's hope they really are experienced in THIS FIELD - Berkeley Homes order hopefully the beginning of an extended requirement given strong Housebuilding in UK - Access to Malasheva Quarry 'imminent' - Following the fire, plan implemented to cover delay by processing Blocks into Slabs in Macedonia at 'specially reduced rates' On balance, it is a poor update in general however, the fundamental product and its net worth, combined with a relatively stable political background and government support, suggests to me that, for long term holders, this is another welcome buying opportunity. Once this company sorts itself out, the revenue will grow quickly and this sp will be history. GLA

Morning Dibs et al. Been here since the very beginning and the teething troubles are behind them now with factory almost completed, new leases on profitable marble quarries and Directors interests closely aligned to shareholders so declared policy of generous dividends going forward looks a dead cert. My only concern has been and remains slow progress on sales but I think this is now going to come to fruition. At one point, they didn't look like they could sell a glass of water to someone in a desert but imho, when they get their orders through (which, given the quality of the marble should be a formality), they will be big ones and these levels will be distant memories. For those looking to get in, I agree with the others here that there is still a long way for this sp to rise so you're nowhere near too late. DYOR, etc, etc and GLA

I feel very bad for those still in here recently. I had a high average around 0.50p from 2/3 years ago when I really felt we were on to something with the new emissions laws at that time. To be fair to Allex, with whom I disagreed at the very beginning, he has posted 'red flags' on the company regularly with the result that I came round to his pov and bit the bullet around 0.18p 3 or 4 months ago. No PI's should blame themselves for this debacle as every enquiry regarding delisting, and there have been many on a regular basis for years due to the 75% stake, has been strongly rebuffed with a 'we are committed to staying on AIM' etc, etc. I will be charitable and say that they had a change of strategy, rather than misleading PI's for years, but in either case, it's a great shame that you can never rely on anything from any Directors mouth of an AIM company (see BMR, NEW and several other 'misleading' examples). I hope you all manage to get into a multibagger with your next investment. GLA.

Like to have an update on the factory and Sales given we are at the end of the month in which CG promised factory would be built. I rather suspect yet another delay might be announced if the 200,000 sale this morning is an indicator. The factory is disappointing but not really crucial today - what is crucial is Sales and that is the one area where CG is supposed to excel. He may not be a Marble specialist but he is a salesman so............ WHERE ARE THE SALES CHRIS???????

Patience will be rewarded!

Now at last we have an Offtake agreement which although relatively small, is a crucial step towards establishing agents covering different global markets for our product. It is positive that Chris has stated that our variety of marble is making the range more attractive to potential distributors and, although as we already knew, sales have been painfully slow compared to forecasts, revenues are expected to pick up substantially in 2015. Happy New Year all!

Likewise. In fairness, Allex has been spot on for the last 2 years. I was very bullish at the time and he suggested that the figures were not adding up and, although in no way a deramper, he did make the case for it not being a rosy future. My doubts crept in when OPE didn't do much during the rounds of zero emission buys from companies - I thought the Versa was the game changer in the industry but alas..... Stuck with this until 0.22p and then got out and it gives me no joy to agree with cliveb007, but I think it's a dead duck and probably will be taken private at these paltry levels.

Happy with the completion of the expensive marble quarry acquisition and bodes well for the future. My only concern is that it would appear that sales have been slow thus far, possibly because they are new entrants to the market and these things take time but Chris suggested a while back that they would be much further ahead than they are now. That is my only caveat at the moment as the rest of the jigsaw seems to be falling into place but we do need someone to buy the bloomin' stuff! GLA

Agreed - I believe that anywhere around these levels represents excellent buying opportunities for long term holders.
