Can anyone with an objective view work out the reason for delaying the investor presentation by 10 days?

Lovely positive words, but at the end of the day the mkt doesn’t give two turds about it. Less than £10 shares have traded today. No one believes GL or this company and no one sees a route to monetising for SHs the assets for SOU SHs. Same will happen as usual a seemingly positive RNS (if it ever comes) will simply lead to more dilution and a lower sp. Happy Friday all.

I completely agree Shrek. But not blindly positive which is the case here. There’s no fact or breadcrumb trail of past actions and progress that could lead to a positive view here. The market’s complete lack of interest in this share despite the bid being just 0.1p above all time lows and despite of what some here seem to think is nailed on good Managem news should be very worrying. A risked view on this share combined with the currently entry price / mcap should be ringing alarm bells. There’s no one taking a view or punt on good news. No one can point to an RNS here post 2016-17 that led to a sustained positive impact in the sp, not one RNS. That’s shocking in itself. Whomever was compiling the post Calvary/Managem sp sweepstake, pls lower my target 24hrs after any RNS from 1.2p to 0.7p. Many thanks.

As an aside, enough hints in the last 2 videos from SOU, GL is definitely resigning soon. Another AIM ceo bottom feeder moving on with pockets full of unwarranted cash and a company in toilet left behind. You heard it here first.

PS - there's a very good reason the Managem deal (at the moment at least) isn't contingent upon the FEED update - because SOU have NO money to carry out the FEED update and in my considered view don't want the results of the FEED in the market until last minute as higher IRs, more expensive labour and more expensive materials & energy will lead to an eye-watering increase in the cost of the pipeline. SOU know it. Usual underhand games from this company.

Southmead - post reported for being misleading. The company had £2.1m cash at 30 June, most of which was in the subsid being sold to Managem. We're now 2.5 months after 30 June and with a cash burn in 1H of £3.6m in 1H24 it doesn't take Albert Einstien to figure out the company has pretty much NO cash now on 19th September, not £3m as you falsely and misleadingly state. On tope of that, just consider why the company would enter an eye-wateringly expensive 'belt & braces' loan agreement with an AIM-Loan Shark for £1.5m just a few weeks ago. As usual, no scrutiny of this BB of anything. What utter tosh.

On a separate note - anyone pie in the skying about drills etc - even Zues Capital, an in house partial broker state Q3 2025 as optimistic date for M5 and SBK drills, so unless you know something different here's another uncomortable fact for the rafts of unresearched lazy investors here.

You guys clearly are reading a different RNS to me. as usual, underhand untrustworthy and cowardly slippages. first P1 gas now gone from 2024, to Q1 2025 to 1H 2025......and guess what as of this morning its now 2025. Go figure. Then there's the minor issue of the £146m impairment charge. So the Tendrara concession now has next to zero value/upside!? Oh dear, it's unravelling fast here now. Don't worry though GL and team are happily getting paid for cratering this company. Classic AIM, no value, negative value for existing SHs and a black hole to come. Read the RNS ffs!

You said the same thing to me a year ago when I was the only one stating no revenue from phase 1 until 2025, and guess what….the company slipped its deadlines by a year again. I’m 100% convinced no revenue or cash flow until 2026. The company knows it, some investors deep down know it. This company is just fluff and bs.

Jesus wept.....the posts on here. You honestly think this is related to CHAR/Pred!? There's some problem or news that is out but not out if you get my drift. Take your pick from a full a la carte list of potential but completely plausible problems - problem (yet again yet again) with the mythical LNG tank, winds are too high/low at site, wrong kind of wind at site, wrong temperature at site, funding bank walked away, Managem walked away, unable to get one of the CPs over the line, first gas on Phase1 now 2026 rather than 2023 as originally guided. The one thing it definitely isn't is GL has resigned. If that had happened the sp would be up 30% not down 30% over the last month. A classic AIM bottom feeding CEO, delivers negative shareholder value whilst troughing away on a salary and variable pay neither of which bare any link to actual performance. Where's the regular SH comms...!?! All gone quiet for a reason, join the dots....

What do I know smuggler? you seem to have a great grapsp & handle on this company so far. great correlation between your views, managment's delivery and the share price. There's less than no chance of an RNS from the company re the latest 20% fall in sp. There is a reason for the fall after all - 3 months has gone by, their own deadline and yet again they've failed to deliver. As certain as the sun rising tomorrow. SOU is a ponzi, and GL is Berni Madoff perhaps.

I'd say there's some news 'not out' but 'is out' for some, and it's not good news. said it a million times, one way or another the value from this licence is ending up in Moroccan hands, not those of AIM retail investors. Cruel world, and perhaps a very short term view (as it will kill foreign investment in Moroccan O&G) but Morocco increasingly looks like it's univestiable, and untrustworthy at very best.

What do i know St.Mary, seemingly not much. my call on this company has a terrible track record it seems! no delivery, no trust, no shareholder value added, no correlation between what is said and what actually happens = share price of near zero. that's all at Graham's door.

Just seen Char and Pred RNSs this am. Seems likes Morocco’s questionable record in terms of O&G continues. Whole thing unravelling, SOU leading the way, others follow it seems.

I view this company as the corporate version of what Bernie Madoff did. How can you have repeated in house brokers (SOU are on their third in 4yrs) that put out valuations without taking into account funding lack and risk or knowing something as fundamental as what the Moroccan bank is going to charge in terms of interest rates in the main loan. This feels like a ponzi job to me. Perhaps I’ve missed something but the complete lack of any actual material delivery just reeks of a major issue here…. When something doesn’t feel right, there’s a reason.

I seem to recall the intrepid captain of HMS Sound mentioned regular investor/market updates. Has there been anything since June? Seems like it’s all talk and bs from Graham and no delivery or follow through. Three months now since Managem deal announced so now they’re officially late yet again. Quelle surprise!!! Only news really is everything’s ground to a halt again, Grahams still getting paid and bonused. What a joke!!
